Bugatti Creates New Production Facility For Tourbillon

The Molsheim Atelier is evolving for Bugatti’s new era.

It was over 20 years ago when Bugatti reclaimed its historic home, and over a hundred years since it was first established. Nestled in Molsheim, France, Château Saint Jean has remained a stunningly beautiful location since its inception and throughout the years, serving as the birthplace to vehicles that are equally stunning and timeless.

Now, Bugatti has opened a new chapter by officially unveiling the Tourbillon, the manufacturer’s new crown jewel hypercar with a naturally aspirated V16 engine and a state-of-the-art electric hybrid system contributing a total of 1,800 horsepower to the creation. In order to produce such an automotive masterpiece, a new production facility is being created.

Visually harmonious with its idyllic château surroundings, the new facility features a living roof, glass walls for ample natural light, and more innovation inside than ever before, allowing for Bugatti’s most efficient production process yet regarding the Tourbillon. The existing building, iconic for being shaped like the iconic Bugatti emblem, will take on a new role, introducing guests to the world of Bugatti and offering an unparalleled look into the brand’s splendor. With its new production facility, however, the Tourbillon era of Bugatti is ready and confident to shake up the automotive world.
