Bugatti is already well established in the world of high-horsepower, multi-million-dollar hypercars, but the French marque is now taking its design DNA somewhere considerably larger. Following its first branded residential project in Dubai, Bugatti is bringing the concept to the United States with Bugatti Residences Miami, a planned 60-story luxury tower in Brickell. Developed by Prosper Group and Versluys Group, the $650 million project will come to life at 75 SW Miami Avenue Road on one of the neighborhood’s remaining waterfront plots, with 183 residences planned along more than 300 feet of Miami River frontage.
For Bugatti, the move comes as the brand continues to expand its footprint beyond hypercars into a broader luxury lifestyle space. The Miami project will include four signature penthouses, while its location puts residents close to Brickell’s restaurants, retail, nightlife and business district. The waterfront setting also offers direct access to Biscayne Bay, connecting the development to Miami’s boating culture. Sales are expected to begin in the first half of 2027, placing Bugatti Residences Miami among the latest high-end developments targeting the city’s real estate market.
The connection and automotive influence will be most apparent in the building itself. Brandon Haw Architecture is leading the architectural design, incorporating elements drawn from Bugatti’s design DNA, including the marque’s recognizable C-line, while Yabu Pushelberg is handling everything on the interior front. The internationally known studio has worked on luxury hospitality and residential projects for names including Aman, Four Seasons and Rosewood. Service will also be central to the experience, with Rhodium selected as the exclusive global residential operating partner. Its role will include delivering a white-glove ownership experience with bespoke butler service.
Bugatti Residences Miami arrives as Brickell continues attracting major luxury residential developments and international buyers, but its automotive foundation gives the project a distinct feel. Instead of placing a Bugatti badge on a residential tower, the development is designed to carry elements of the marque’s identity into its architecture, interiors and ownership experience. It’s another extension of Bugatti’s identity beyond the garage, bringing exclusivity and luxury to one of Miami’s most closely watched luxury real estate markets.
