The Bugatti Chiron Profilée Is Revealed As A One-Off Auct...

This hidden Bugatti one-off finally sees the light of day. With their rarity, luxury, exclusivity, craftsmanship, and of course their performance, any Bugatti is a truly special automobile. However, the Bugatti Chiron Profilée stands out as an incredible previously-hidden one-off with an amazing story behind it. The chance to own this incredible car is coming soon, as it will be auctioned by RM Sotheby’s on February 1, with a portion of the proceeds going to charity. The car was intended to be another part of the Chiron lineup but was developed too late to be part of the 500-car production run. However, Bugatti decided that the car was simply too amazing to leave hidden forever. MUST READ: Manny Khoshbin’s New $1M Jacob & Co. Matches His $4M Bugatti Chiron ‘Hermes’ Edition When the Bugatti Chiron Pur Sport was unveiled in 2020, it was lauded for its driver’s car character, but some customers wanted a car that was like the Pur Sport, but slightly less extreme, and more subdued and elegant like the Chiron and Chiron Sport. Responding to these requests, Bugatti developed the Chiron Profilée, using a smaller fixed spoiler that pays homage to the Bugatti Type 46, one of Jean Bugatti’s first creations. The Chiron Profilée performs similarly to the Pur Sport, with a higher top speed, and similar acceleration and cornering ability. The configuration suits the one-off model by being incredibly unique, with an Argent Atlantique color developed specifically for the Profilée that no other Chiron has been painted with, unique wheels, and interior details in woven leather, making it the first Chiron to feature such a detail. This ultimate collector’s car has one of the most amazing stories behind it of anything in the modern automotive world, and soon, it will be a prized piece of someone’s car collection. 02 BUGATTI Last CENTODIECI

By Tyler Rampersaud –  December 19, 2022

The Final $8.5M Bugatti Centodieci Has Been Delivered

One of the most incredible celebrations of Bugatti’s brand history is already over. Bugatti’s Centodieci, the 10-off tribute to the legendary EB 110 that shaped its recent history has finished production. The final Bugatti Centodieci is finished in a Quartz White exterior, with accents finished in Black Carbon and matte black finishes as well. Previewing the striking interior are the brake calipers, as well as the logo on the spoiler, both in Light Blue Sport, a modernized reinterpretation of the iconic Bugatti Blue that symbolized that era of the brand. MUST READ: Behind the Design of the Bugatti W16 Mistral: An Interview With Achim Anscheidt The interior is finished in vibrant Light Blue Sport leather, highlighting the unique and laboriously-created square quilting pattern that is used throughout to adorn the seats, roof, center console, door panels, and more. The painstakingly detailed pattern is lined up for perfect symmetry and honors the amazing craftsmanship that went into creating the EB 110 decades ago, which featured the same quilting pattern. The 16-cylinder engine in itself pays homage to the EB 110’s power plant, which was a V12 that was similarly quad-turbocharged for incredible performance that defined the highest echelon of automotive capability at the time. Now that the Centodieci has finished production, the era of the W16 is quickly coming to a permanent close, as Molsheim looks forward to finishing its run of less than 100 remaining Chirons, just 99 W16 Mistral Roadsters, and the 40 track-only Bugatti Bolide examples. As the era of production for the Bugatti Centodieci and the W16 engine comes to a close, even the sadness of car enthusiasts all over the world is a stunning Bugatti Blue. Bugatti Celebrates Romano Artioli's 90th Birthday By Refl...

A modern Bugatti legend turns 90. Romano Artioli witnessed what he thought was the death of the Bugatti brand in his youth in 1952. However, after becoming an incredibly successful entrepreneur, it was him that brought Bugatti back to roaring life in the late 1980s. It was in 1987 when he bought the brand and revived it with the automotive industry’s best Italian engineers and designers, and an incredible production plant that was the most modern facility of its time finished in a striking rendition of the brand’s iconic blue. MUST READ: Watch The Bugatti Chiron Pur Sport Drift The Shape Of Its Iconic C-Line Design Feature It was under Artioli’s leadership that Bugatti saw through the creation of the legendary EB110, with a 3.5-liter V12, and the all-wheel drive and quad-turbocharging that Bugatti’s hypercars remain known and admired for today. Also with five valves per cylinder, the unique and unforgettable supercar was revealed on Ettore Bugatti’s 110th birthday. While the supercar was and still is lauded all over the world, economic troubles quickly spelled doom for Artioli’s Bugatti, and bankruptcy was filed in 1995. However, the legacy of Romano Artioli’s ownership of Bugatti and the EB110 lives on, with the incredible 10-example Centodieci looking to the EB110 as its main inspiration, and on the legend’s 90th birthday, Bugatti looks back on his very important contributions to one of the world’s greatest names in the automotive industry. 06 BUGATTI Drifting the C

By Tyler Rampersaud –  December 01, 2022

Watch The Bugatti Chiron Pur Sport Drift The Shape Of Its...

If you thought you’d seen it all, watch this Bugatti go sideways. Drifting is quite the automotive art, and the unique driving style has become increasingly popular over the years for the billows of tire smoke, impressive angles, and incredible skill to perform trickier and trickier maneuvers as the sport gets more competitive. However, drifting is often relegated to highly modified cars with weight reduction to the point of body parts being missing and wild liveries being emblazoned on the metal that’s still there. It’s a rare and bewildering sight when expensive European performance cars are willing to go sideways and put on a drifting smoke show, let alone any car on the level of the Bugatti Chiron Pur Sport. MUST READ: 2021 Bugatti Chiron Sport Noire Listed for Sale (1 of 20) Bugatti has produced 30 of the 60 units of the Chiron Pur Sport it has allotted, and to celebrate the halfway point, the iconic brand showed off the Chiron Pur Sport’s unique ability to send its nearly 1,600 horsepower in a much different direction than its Bugatti stablemates. The result: a four-wheel drift which, once completed, left tire marks on the asphalt that formed the stunning Bugatti C-line when viewed from above. The design feature is quite the prominent presence on the Chiron Pur Sport’s body, and it has been a Bugatti staple since early in the brand’s history with cars like the Type 50 and Type 57. What sets apart the Chiron Pur Sport from other Bugattis is the further-distilled focus on being a driver’s car. Even more than other Bugattis and other Chiron models, the Pur Sport is designed for the twisting roads that every car enthusiast dreams of conquering. With shorter gears, reduced weight, springs that are 65% firmer at the front and 33% firmer at the rear, and an otherwise heavily-revised suspension, the Bugatti Chiron Pur Sport is the ultimate hypercar tailored for the performance driver, and now we know it goes sideways, too. Bugatti’s latest masterpiece visits Saudi Arabia. Bugatti has accompanied lots of fanfare with the new W16 Mistral’s introductions to various parts of the world, and rightfully so, as the W16 Mistral is the brand’s final iteration of the W16 powerplant that brought the legendary brand to the highest echelon of 21st-century fame. With almost 1,600 horsepower, the engine uses engineering that is still ahead of its time even after almost two decades of being one of the most potent powertrains in the automotive industry. However, the Mistral marks the end for it and the greatest in a very long line of Bugatti roadsters. MUST READ: The Best Bugatti Chirons You Can Buy Today The Bugatti brand is known for its combination of the best of luxury and performance, and with woven leather, a recreation of Rembrandt Bugatti’s Dancing Elephant, and an incredibly-engineered roofless design, the Mistral is a masterpiece at any speed. With the Middle East being one of the world’s luxury car capitals, Riyadh made for the perfect place for the Mistral to visit, and it will do so with an event at Bugatti’s Riyadh showroom, which was opened just last year with cars like the Chiron Pur Sport front and center. At the exclusive event, invited guests will get to see and experience the bespoke beauty, engineering, and attention to detail of the incredible Bugatti W16 Mistral.
