Tim Allen Shows Off His Growing Car Collection

Including the Impala SS that was too fast for GM Unlike Mr. Late Night, Mr. Allen has a smaller but more interesting garage. Thanks to the Petersen Museum, the Toolman shows us his growing celebrity car collection. Back in the 90s, GM didn't put any money into performance cars, so they subbed out SEMA builds to celebrities. Such was the case when Tim and his team built a pair of 96 Impalas. Borrowing power from the ZR1 Corvette, the 5.7 quad-cam was bored and stroked to 7-liters to give it consistent 12-second timeslips. The car was too fast for GM's bean counters at the time, but his collaborations led to Cadillac's renaissance. Aside from this centerpiece, a 66 Ferrari demands to be driven on a regular basis. He laments not driving it enough, something we can all relate to. It must be nice to have a Demon as a daily driver, every collection needs a '40 Ford, now on his 3rd build of the car, he bit the bullet and did a complete resto-rod from bumper to bumper. A Cab-Over with an early sleeper cab sits next to a Escort RS200. Tell us your favorite part of this collection in the comments below. Shop Exotic Cars For Sale

Ken Block's Last Ride In The Hoonicorn Mustang

All good things must come to an end, so we're sad to share Ken Block's last ride in the Hoonicorn Mustang. By far, the most popular build from Hoonigan Industries, Mr. Block's decade-long contract with Ford has expired. The Blue Oval has not mentioned why they did not renew the deal, a shortsighted move in our opinion. Ken Block’s Hoonicorn Mustang Price & Specs As such, Ken and his team recorded a poignant farewell to their 1,400-horsepower beast. As the most popular car in Forza Motorsport, it has been raced against donks, diesels, and fast cars from around the world. Now that Ken and his team can shop for a new sponsor, Ford will hopefully allow the Hoonicorn to remain in the public eye. Stay with us for all your Celebrity car news. " width="680">

Gymkhana TEN: The Ultimate Tire Slaying Tour

The Hoonigans have done it again. With major support from Ford, Gymkhana TEN has destroyed tires around the world. It was uploaded 10 days ago to Amazon Prime, and now it is live on YouTube. Starting off in Luleå, Sweden, Ken Block takes his 2018 season Ford Fiesta WRC across a frozen lake. Then we get to see an old favorite. The streets of Detroit are decimated by a refreshed version of the Hoonicorn Mustang. RTR updated the AWD Mustang to make 1,400 hp scream through Motor City. Going south of the border, Guanajuato, Mexico is paralyzed by the Focus RS RX Rallycross car. Drifting though the narrow streets and tunnels from the colonial era are a brilliant blend of Hooning and history. Then it's back to LA where Ken climbs into his favorite machine. His beloved Cosworth lost some rubber along the way, with a few scenes showing steel sparking across the improvised course. Ken Block's Hoonitruck Secrets Revealed The grand finale is in Shamrock, Texas. A sleepy town east of Amarillo was besieged by the1977 F-Series Hoonitruck, with flames spewing from the turbos of the Roush-Yates EcoBoost V6. A press release from Hoonigan Racing credits Detroit Speed, Forza, Toyo Tires, Pennzoil, Monster Energy, Can-Am, and the Hoonigran crew who spent over 2 years preparing for the shoot. Tell us your favorite scene and be sure to watch what happens after the credits! Related: Ken Block Takes on Britain in the Hoonicorn Ken Block’s New Gymkhana Show Gets a Trailer
