Supercharged American Muscle: The Best Dodge SRT Demons For Sale

The Dodge Demon is a name that roars with muscle car heritage and modern-day performance dominance. The Demon was initially a budget-friendly performance car, first introduced in the early 1970s as a trim for the Dodge Dart. Fast forward to 2018, and the Demon nameplate made an earth-shaking comeback as part of the Dodge Challenger lineup. Unlike its modest origins, the modern Challenger SRT Demon was designed to dominate drag strips, showcasing innovations like a factory-installed transbrake and drag radials straight out of the box. This reinvention of the Demon was a bold declaration of Dodge’s commitment to pushing muscle car performance to its limits. On the outside, the Dodge Demon is unmistakably aggressive with a wide body, flared fenders, and a massive air scoop on the hood that screams pure power. Lightweight materials were used strategically to keep the car lean without sacrificing strength, while details like the Demon badge and optional racing stripes pay homage to classic muscle car styling. From its squat stance to its menacing headlights, every inch of the Demon looks like it was built to intimidate. Inside, the Dodge Demon keeps things simple but focused on performance. A driver-centric cockpit features optional racing seats and minimal distractions, with most controls geared towards maximizing speed. At the heart of the Demon lies a supercharged 6.2L HEMI V8 engine that produces an impressive 840 horsepower on race fuel. All that power allows the Demon to sprint from 0-60 mph in just 2.3 seconds, making it one of the fastest production cars ever built. Whether you’re a muscle car purist or a performance enthusiast, the Dodge Demon lives up to its legendary name in every way imaginable. Dodge SRT Demon Inventory How fast is the Dodge SRT Demon 170? The Dodge Challenger SRT Demon 170 is an absolute powerhouse, producing 1,025 horsepower on E85 fuel. It can rocket from 0-60 mph in just 1.66 seconds and run the quarter-mile in an NHRA-certified 8.91 seconds at 151.17 mph, making it one of the quickest production cars ever built. What makes the Dodge Demon different from a Hellcat? The Dodge Demon takes everything wild about the Hellcat and cranks it up to eleven. It’s built for straight-line domination, packing a stronger supercharged V8, a lighter body, and a transbrake to launch harder off the line. Plus, it can run on high-octane race fuel for even more power—something the Hellcat just can’t match. Why is the Dodge Demon banned from NHRA drag racing? The Demon’s incredible quarter-mile time of 8.91 seconds is so fast that it actually breaks NHRA regulations, which require additional safety modifications (like a roll cage) for cars running under 9.99 seconds. Straight from the factory, it’s simply too quick for most sanctioned drag strips without those extra safety features. 2023 Dodge SRT Demon 170 View Price & Listing 2023 Dodge SRT Demon 170 View Price & Listing 2018 Dodge SRT Demon View Price & Listing 2023 Dodge SRT Demon 170 View Price & Listing 2018 Dodge SRT Demon View Price & Listing 2023 Dodge SRT Demon 170 View Price & Listing 2018 Dodge SRT Demon View Price & Listing 2023 Dodge SRT Demon 170 View Price & Listing 2018 Dodge SRT Demon View Price & Listing 2018 Dodge SRT Demon View Price & Listing

Le Mans-Raced 2000 Dodge Viper GTS R Listed For Sale

In the performance car world, the United States is often the underdog, with some of the world’s most desirable and celebrated supercars and sports cars originating in Germany, Italy, or France. While those countries are all known for their incredible innovation, engineering, and design, the United States has continued to prove itself as a worthy purveyor of performance, with many cars breaking boundaries and changing the perception of American cars when it comes to performance. View Price And Listing One of the greatest American performance cars ever is the Dodge Viper, which is one of the few cars in the world to boast a V10 engine, and combined that unorthodox 8-liter powertrain with inspiration from the Shelby Cobra to create one of the world’s most iconic performance cars. It has a list of accomplishments achieved on some of motorsport’s most important stages, like placing 7th in its class at the 24 Hours of Le Mans and the 12 Hours of Sebring, as well as plenty of American Le Mans Series race wins and the season win in 2000. This Dodge Viper transcends being simply an excellent performance car or race car and is also a piece of motorsport and automotive history, a proud one for the American automotive industry and proof of its performance prowess. 2010 Dodge Challenger Richard Petty Signature Series For ...

When the King first drove the 2010 Dodge Challenger, he could see the potential of the HEMI-powered coupe. The NASCAR engines that powered him to 7 Daytona wins were built by Buddy Arrington. Since Arrington Performance still builds the meanest HEMI on the market, they supplied a 625 horsepower supercharged beast. Backed by a six-speed manual, the Hurst shifter looks right at home. If you run through the gears too fast, Brembo 6-piston brakes have 2 piece rotors to keep you safe. Richard and his team initially planned to build 43 examples, to honor his iconic NASCAR number. But Arrington was too busy building race HEMI engines for dragsters. Only 19 cars were built, and this is number 15. Alex Borla designed a custom exhaust that is not offered in their catalog. Wheels were supplied by Forgeline, with 20" examples of their SP3S in a 2-tone finish. The chin spoiler is from the SRT8, and the embroidered leather interior was handmade by Katzkin. A real shaker hood is connected to a custom intake box. The adjustable coil-over suspension was dialed-in by Petty Enterprises to eliminate bump-steer. The front strut-tower brace was designed for this car, and it has been a hit with the Challenger community. Both the front and rear sway bars are adjustable, technology they developed decades ago at the superspeedway tracks. This car was not built in a custom shop. It was built by a team that brought home 200 NASCAR wins. As such, the King autographed the car in several places, and this car comes with a truckload of documentation. The VIN is not from Dodge, it carries a Petty Garage VIN, noting that they have been building fast cars since 1949. These cars are the centerpiece of many MOPAR collections, so don't miss this opportunity! View Listing

2016 Dodge Viper ACR Extreme For Sale

We would like to think automakers build cars that people want to own, but sometimes it seems their priorities become misguided. Fiat-Chrysler is betting the farm with the return of Alfa-Romeo and the expansion of Maserati. As these new models arrive, they have bid farewell to the Dodge Viper. What began in 1988 as a project headed by Carroll Shelby and Lee Iacocca has been a venomous V10  American Supercar. The Gen 5 Dodge Viper can be a comfortable cruiser or a track-day bruiser. The transformation from Dr. Jekyll to Mr. Hyde is easy, just dial up the suspension and relax the stability control. The Viper has been and will remain one of the street & track cars for sale. Also Check Out: Dodge Viper Ends Production August 31stEngineers at SRT along with the assembly line workers want to make sure the Viper goes out on top, so the 2016 Dodge Viper ACR Extreme Aero is the ultimate example. It has dive planes on the nose, fender vents, heat extractors, and the largest production rear wing. This car was ordered with every possible option, including bezels for all four brake ducts, carbon fiber x-brace, red seat belts and a lightweight Li-ion battery. Other ready-to-race parts include a differential cooler, 10-way adjustable shocks, 5-mode stability control and carbon ceramic brakes. Viper has never offered an automatic transmission, and the beefy six-speed manual has triple-cone synchros for years of smooth shifting. Power adjustable pedals make for a perfect seating position, and visibility is better than almost every competitor since the rear spoiler is above your line of sight. These final few Vipers offer no apologies. They will make America question why crossovers and family haulers are everywhere. If you can handle 645 horsepower and 600 lb-ft of torque, click on the link below and give this snake a proper home. 2016 Viper ACR Extreme For Sale
