McLaren P1 Hammers for $2.3 Million Among a Diverse Selection of Lots on duPont REGISTRY Live

14 Day Return Policy | 100 Percent Sell Through

The 1st week of May produced a broad range of results across duPont REGISTRY Live, with transactions spanning everything from a seven-figure Holy Trinity benchmark (a first for the platform) to rally-bred European homologation specials and more. The week also featured high-profile consignments from social media personality and exotic car collector Supercar Ron, drawing significant attention to the platform. With that, here is everything that crossed the digital block over the past seven days and what to expect on dR Live over the coming week.

Lots Closed: Highlights

The headline result was a Dark Palladium Gray 2015 McLaren P1, one of 375 produced and showing just 894 original miles, which hammered at $2,304,000 ($2,419,200 with Buyer's Premium). This particular example features $114,000 in factory options. As a pillar of the hybrid hypercar Holy Trinity, low-mileage examples occupy a category of their own, and this result affirms that position convincingly.

The runner-up was a 2019 Ford GT in classic blue with white strip specification with gloss carbon fiber package and 8,900 miles, which went under the hammer at $713,000 ($748,650 with Buyer's Premium). Strong bidding reflected the model's and Blue Oval’s motorsport pedigree and strictly limited production run of ~1,350 units.

Porsche proved its consistency with the sales of GT3 models across multiple tiers. A 2011 911 GT3 RS (997.2) finished in Grey Black and Guards Red hammered at $606,000 ($636,300 with Buyer's Premium), while the 2025 GT3 RS (992.1) in Paint-to-Sample Viola Metallic crossed the digital block at $427,500 ($448,875 with Buyer's Premium). A nearly new 2026 911 GT3 (992.2) with 70 miles and a six-speed manual rounded out the results at $302,000 ($317,100 with Buyer's Premium).

The 2008 Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren Roadster, showing 2,695 original miles, hammered at $436,000 ($457,800 with Buyer's Premium), a strong result for a car whose collector standing continues to rise.

A notable thread this week was the presence of three consignments from YouTube personality Supercar Ron. His 2024 Ford Bronco Desert Racer, one of just 50 examples produced and the first to be made street-legal, went under the hammer at $180,500 ($189,525 with Buyer's Premium).

His 2024 Lexus LX600 F-Sport, transformed by Dissent Off-Road into a luxury overland build, crossed the digital block at $96,000 ($100,800 with Buyer's Premium). Rounding out the trio, his 1972 Chevrolet Chevelle on a Moore Race Chassis with a crate LS9 V8 hammered at $166,000 ($174,300 with Buyer's Premium), a result that reinforces the growing appetite for high-spec custom American builds.

A 2001 Acura Integra Type-R and a 1994 Lancia Delta HF Integrale EVO II, one of just 220 produced, also crossed the digital block at $62,388 ($65,507 with Buyer’s Premium) and  $97,500 ($102,375 with Buyer’s Premium), respectively, highlighting continued collector interest in rare Japanese and European performance icons.
