Miami will have another reason for car and watch enthusiasts to get together this November when Time to Drive Car & Watch Festival takes over the city from November 6th through 8th. The three-day event will bring together rare collector cars and multi-million-dollar hypercars, independent watchmakers, panel discussions, exclusive merchandise, food from around the world, and live music.

One of the biggest highlights of Time to Drive is how much it plans to cover beyond the usual car show and watch expo format. The Collectors Club will bring together 38 watch brands, while Luxury Exchange will focus on vintage timepieces, accessories, and the secondary market. On the automotive side, the Monte Carlo Experience will celebrate cars tied to the famous motorsport destination, while Icons of Stuttgart will put Porsche, BMW, and Mercedes-Benz on center stage. There will also be panel discussions and live podcast recordings covering everything from collecting and photography to entrepreneurship and the communities built around cars and watches. The car lineup will have plenty for enthusiasts to look forward to, including historic competition race cars, rare supercars and hypercars, and even some one-off creations. One event you have to make time for is the German Concours, which will display Porsche, BMW, and Mercedes-Benz models from 1980 through 2019. Cars will be judged by Matt Farah, Spike Feresten, and Larry Chen on factors including authenticity, provenance, condition, specification, and historical significance, with marque-specific awards and a $5,000 Best of Show first prize presented by Stollenwurm Watches. Across the festival, the watch side will be just as varied, with brands such as Greubel Forsey, MB&F, URWERK, Grand Seiko, Ulysse Nardin, and Zenith among those on-site.

Cuisine will play a part in the experience, too, with a lineup inspired by the places and cultures connected to the cars and watches on display. Swiss dishes will represent the world of watchmaking, while Italian favorites will bring some flavor from the home of many of the world's best-known supercar brands. Other regional influences will round things out, giving attendees a chance to explore different cuisines between checking out the exhibits and catching a panel or two. There will also be some festival-specific merchandise for collectors who like taking home something a little different. Collaborations will include Bimmer Invasion x Time to Drive and Rio Cam x Time to Drive, along with a two-watch UNIMATIC x 0260 collaboration featuring green jasper and bloodstone dials for $1,600. Another release will pair 0260 with artist Manu Campa and Rapport London on a watch box priced at $2,300. The watch collaborations are particularly interesting, bringing together independent watchmaking, art, and accessories in pieces created around the festival.Things won't necessarily wind down when the daytime programming wraps up. On Saturday, November 7, The Patina Collective will host an after-hours music event at the Collectors Club Stage at Mana Wynwood, with Walshy Fire, Vico, and Arkitekt scheduled to perform from 9:00 PM to 1:00 AM. A complimentary open bar provided by Jack Daniel's will accompany the event. That late-night music session adds another element to a festival that will bring cars, watches, food, and music together over three days in Miami. Whether you're planning to spend most of your time checking out the car lineup, discovering independent watch brands, or catching up with friends and fellow enthusiasts, Time to Drive is definitely where you’ll want to be the first weekend this November
