Lamborghini Huracan Performante Price, Specs, Photos & Re...

Lamborghini Huracan Performante Price If you want the privilege of owning a ten-cylinder raging bull, the Lamborghini Huracan Performante for sale starts with an MSRP of $274,390 for the coupe, and $308,859 for the Spyder. This Italian supercar was built in limited numbers from 2017 to 2019, and prices for highly-optioned examples hover around $300,000. Given the car's abilities and scarcity, depreciation of price for the Huracan Performante is not a likely scenario. If you're looking for a Lamborghini supercar that will perform on the track and in the market, look no further than the Huracan Performante. Lamborghini Huracan Performante Review Once behind the wheel, you instantly realize the advancements unleashed on this model. A proper Lamborghini Huracan Performante Review should include highway runs and tight corners. It is there you will discover the Lamborghini Huracan Performante horsepower maxes out at 631 horsepower. With 443 lb-ft of torque across a wide RPM range, the wide tires scream at their limits. Additionally, corners and are where you will find at that the Huracan Performante's downforce is truly exceptional and groundbreaking. Active aerodynamics in the front and rear are computer-controlled through a system called ALA 2.0 (Aerodinamica Lamborghini Attiva). This patented system keeps the car planted in the corners, and it lowers drag on high-speed straight runs. Extensive use of forged composite materials also makes the Lamborghini Huracan Performante 88 lbs lighter than its predecessor. With a lighter weight and greater downforce, the Huracan Performante is a star in the Huracan's lineage. Along the sides is the Italian tricolore striping. Lamborghini Huracan Performante Specs Specs: Price: $274,390 Engine: 5.2L V10 Transmission: 7-speed Dual Clutch Horsepower: 631 Torque: 443 lb-ft 0-60 mph: 2.9s 1/4 mile: 10.8s @ 137 mph Top Speed: 218 mph Lamborghini Huracan Performante Engine While every automaker is going to small engines with giant turbos, the Lamborghini Huracan Performante engine is a naturally aspirated 5.2-liter V10. For a 90-degree V10 to achieve the perfect balance, the easiest solution would be a split-pin crank. Lamborghini Huracan Performante Destroys Nurburgring Record Lamborghini chose a traditional crank and a unique firing order. This was accomplished by having five cylinders fired at 90 degrees, and the others at 54 degrees. Combined with dual cam-driven fuel pumps, it allows for direct injection and a redline of 8,500 rpm. Maximum torque of 443 lb-ft happens at 6,500 rpm, and it makes for an exhilarating ride even when driving out of a corner. A look at the Lamborghini Huracan Performante Spyder with its convertible roof down. Lamborghini Huracan Performante Transmission Because manual transmissions are on their way out, engineers are busy creating the ultimate automatic transmissions possible. While other supercars offer a dual-clutch automatic, Lamborghini decided to raise the bar. The Lamborghini Huracan Performante has two distinct final drive gears. First, fourth, and fifth send power to all three differentials using a 4.89 ratio, while 2nd, 3rd, 6th, and 7th use a 3.94 ratio. This provides immense power for launching, and it also eliminates much of the mechanical disadvantage before going into overdrive. A brilliant solution to allow a naturally aspirated car, where torque and horsepower peaks are far apart on the tachometer. It does all of this at the expense of the Huracan Performante MPG, as it is rated at 13 city and 18 on the highway. That being said, a supercar that looks this great deserves all of the power it can handle. Lamborghini Huracan Performante Interior Italians of the past didn't give much credence to creature comforts. You might think the Lamborghini Huracan Performante would be a spartan experience, but it is quite the opposite. The seats are quite plush and there is plenty of microfibers to be found, and it also features better visibility than many of the normal cars you'd find on the road today. Along with new seats, the instrument cluster has gone completely digital. Not only does this allow the instrument cluster to show an amazing amount of information, it's layout and visibility causes much less eye strain and fatigue at night. Subtle design touches like forged carbon A/C vents and a symmetrical center console are also pleasing to the eye. Below the wheel, the pedal position is ideal for an exciting drive. For the moments when you don't want to hear the amazing sound of the Huracan Performante's engine, the audio system is worthy of a theatre. The backup camera has a parabolic lens, and it will alert you to cross traffic and obstacles. Lamborghini Huracan Performante Brakes All good things must come to an end, and that is why fast cars need incredible stopping power. Carbon-ceramic rotors are an industry standard, so the Lamborghini Huracan Performante brakes scaled the technology to new levels. Behind the front wheels are six-piston monoblock calipers gripping a rotor that is 14.9" wide and 1.5" wide. The rear units have 4 pistons with 14"x1.5" rotors. The stability system also invokes them to regain control during a spin. Through these brakes, Lamborghini has ensured that drivers will have complete control over their speed both on and off of the track. If you want to race, cast iron rotors are available from Lamborghini Squadra Corse. Why You Should Buy A Lamborghini Huracan Performante Lamborghini Huracan Performante Standout Features Aside from being the first car to use their patented ALA 2.0 system, the Lamborghini Huracan Performante has very appealing attributes. The coupe is 88 lbs lighter than its predecessor, and the convertible top will operate up to 30 mph. Rolling on 20" forged wheels, the tires are 245mm front and 305mm on the rear. The suspension firmness was increased by 10 percent using a combination of new springs and recalibrated magnetic shocks. With decent cargo space under the hood, there is not a reason this car can't be daily driven. Discover the Cover – June 2020: Hennessey's Mean C8 Corvette

Sightings of an orange blur have been reported on Interstate 10. Rumors abound that the world's most powerful 2020 C8 Corvette lives a few miles west of Houston, and a fleeting glimpse has put aftermarket on alert. Why?  Because the successes of Hennessey Performance Engineering are based on doing what others would never attempt. In addition to building 6x6 GM & Ford trucks, this team is putting the final touches on the Venom F5. With dozens of builds in-progress, John Hennessey has pulled his best technicians together for something unprecedented. Visit HennesseyPerformance.com Once delivery of his new 2020 Corvette was taken there was no time to waste. Upon the careful study of the intake and exhaust systems, the car was treated to a pair of billet turbochargers, Air to Water intercoolers, and methanol injection. With only 5 lbs of boost, the car gained 177 horsepower at the rear wheels and 119 lb-ft of torque. Incredible gains with a conservative setup have reinforced their goal of reaching 1,200 horsepower by the end of the year. Most shops would be reticent to take on the most unconventional Corvette in Chevrolet's history. But John sees it as an advantage. Chevrolet couldn't offer a true tunnel-ram intake because it would block the driver's view. The new Corvette has a tall manifold with long runners to optimize breathing. It is a great design, but many agree that a supercharger would look better. As you are reading this, Hennessey Performance is already working on a billet blower for those who don't want to go turbo. Another first is digging into the dual-clutch transmission. Whatever you choose, it will include a transmission upgrade to handle the power. As with any high-horsepower build, there is a limit to the engine's original parts. That is why they are burning the candle at both ends to develop forged internals, stronger springs, and high-flowing heads to make use of more boost. You can't rush perfection, so all of this is being done in the virtual world before the first prototypes are machined. In the meantime, your Corvette can be treated to bigger brakes, a Hennessey Performance suspension upgrade package, and several carbon-fiber aerodynamic enhancements. Developed simultaneously with the turbo kit, a new stainless exhaust is a great way to add power and personality to your car. As always, all Hennessey news can be found on blog.dupontregistry.com, so stay with us for all your Hennessey Performance Engineering updates. Visit HennesseyPerformance.com

Virtually Tour The Top Luxury Car Dealerships

When we started our duPont REGISTRY Virtual Dealer Tours back at the beginning of March, we did so to help out dealerships that had been shut down. Like many businesses, these dealerships were blindsided by the shutdown and need to find a way to bring customers onto the showroom floor. For that, we teamed up with our partners to create the duPont REGISTRY Virtual Dealer Tours. Since then, we have added over 50 dealer tours to our portal page. When we started our magazine back in 1985, we never would've imagined that we would have the technology to bring these showroom floors to our readers in such a way. Because we are so dedicated to connecting buyers and sellers of fine automobiles, we're working hard every day to find new ways to make that connection. These Virtual Dealer Tours are just one of our latest ways to connect buyers and sellers. And don't forget that if you want to sell one of your luxury cars, always make sure to get some professional help. The dealers featured in our Virtual Dealer Tours are located across the United States and a couple are even found in other countries. We're continually updating our portal pages with new virtual tours and also updating existing ones with newer tours, so the cars featured are current. To get a taste of our Virtual Dealer Tours, you can find a playlist below. If you'd like to visit the portal page to see them all for yourself, be sure to click the button below.mailto: If you happen to be a dealer that is a part of the duPont REGISTRY Dealer Network and would like to have your Virtual Dealer Tour listed on our platform, be sure to email us by clicking here.
