Ferrari Hypersail and Richard Mille Take Performance Offshore

Some collaborations don’t need much explaining, and Ferrari Hypersail teaming up with Richard Mille is one of them, following their partnership in Formula One. Ferrari Hypersail is Ferrari’s move into high-level ocean racing, where long distances, unpredictable conditions, and constant stress test both people and equipment. It’s less about trophies and more about learning, using racing as a way to explore new materials, better simulations, and smarter engineering. Bringing Richard Mille into that mix feels natural, especially for a watch brand that’s never been shy about putting its products in uncomfortable situations. If you’re not deep into the sailing world, Hypersail isn’t your typical yacht program. It’s built around the same mindset Ferrari applies to cars: strip things down, make them lighter, and see how they behave at the limit. Ocean racing offers a very different kind of challenge from motorsport. There’s no quick pit stop, no controlled environment, and no second chances. For Richard Mille, that’s kind of the point. The brand has made its name building watches that can survive extreme forces, whether on a racetrack, a tennis court, or now, far offshore. Since first crossing paths in motorsport back in 2021, the two have shared an interest in seeing how far their ideas actually hold up in the real world. What’s interesting here is what each side gets out of it. Ocean racing puts watches through constant vibration, salt exposure, and temperature swings that don’t show up in a lab. That kind of wear can reveal things you’d never notice in controlled testing. Those lessons feed back into how future watches are built. On the Hypersail side, having a partner that obsesses over weight, materials, and durability fits neatly with the project’s goals. In the end, it’s like two performance-focused icons comparing notes, using the ocean as their shared testing ground. All Ferrari Inventory

Richard Mille Debuts The All-New RM 43-01 Ferrari Tourbil...

Luxury watches have long since established themselves as tools for the wrist, whether it be exploring the deepest depths of the ocean or tracking blistering fast lap times on race circuits. Geared toward complementing the adventurous lifestyles of the professionals that wear its watches, Richard Mille continues to evolve its lineup with lightweight materials and complex movements to compete at the highest levels. Richard Mille is proud to celebrate its ongoing four-year partnership with Ferrari and its historic F1 team with the release of its all-new RM 43-01 Ferrari Tourbillon Split-Seconds Chronograph. Making its grand debut on the wrist of Scuderia Ferrari HP F1 driver Lewis Hamilton ahead of the Chinese Grand Prix this past weekend, the Italian prancing horse-inspired watch follows up the famous $1.888 million RM UP-01 Ferrari from 2022. Limited to only 75 pieces worldwide, the RM 43-01 Ferrari comes available in both a polished Grade 5 Titanium and Carbon TPT case design. Ferrari's Centro Stile design division played a crucial role in engineering the new collection with various elements that pay homage to the supercars and super SUVs that hail from Maranello. From a lightweight rubber strap inspired by the seats of a Ferrari Purosangue to its movement that mimics the look of the 499P's rear wing, the RM 43-01 Ferrari is as real as it gets. With a skeletonized dial that highlights the inner workings of Richard Mille's renowned complication, Ferrari's iconic prancing horse is proudly displayed on the lower left corner of each watch. Each model also honors the legendary colors of the Italian marque by incorporating hints of Rosso Corsa and Giallo Modena. Under the hood lies an RM43-01 movement that took over 3 years to engineer, with a structure built to withstand the intense g's of a racecar while providing an efficient 70-hour power reserve. The RM 43-01 Tourbillon Split-Seconds Chronograph Ferrari is a true homage to Ferrari's legacy and is sure to become an instant collector's piece for racing fans and horologists. Hublot Introduces New Watches for Scuderia Ferrari's 90th...

To celebrate Scuderia Ferrari's 90th anniversary, Hublot has released a very special Big Bang Scuderia Ferrari 90th Anniversary watch. This watch is available in three different limited editions, each celebrating the materials used in Ferraris over the years. As for the mechanics of the watch, it uses the UNICO movement and a flyback chronograph with a 72-hour power reserve. Hublot crafted the bezel out of ceramic carbon, just like the brakes on the LaFerrari. The first special edition out of the three was inspired by Scuderia Ferrari's early days. Just like the classic Ferraris, this watch has a platinum case that resembles the visible metal parts of the original Ferrari. There's also a perforated leather strap meant to mirror the classic bucket seats. Yellow was chosen as a highlight to evoke the original speedometers. For the second watch in the trio, Hublot used 3d carbon for the case in the same way Scuderia Ferrari does nowadays. Keeping with the modern materials is the strap that consists of Nomex, a synthetic fiber that's fire resistant. This material is also used to create racing driver's suits. Red and black was chosen to reflect the colors of Ferrari's Formula 1 cars. Coming in last is a special edition that is meant to be as futuristic as possible. The transparent case is comprised of sapphire and is a sight to behold. For the strap, Hublot gave it a futuristic "Kevlar" look. All three edition will be produced in a limited run of just 90 examples, as well as 10 collectors sets that includes all three watches. view all ferraris for sale
