RM Sotheby’s Offering First North American Pagani Zonda: ...
Presented by RM Sotheby's - An unprecedented attention to detail and pursuit of perfection resulted in Pagani creating their first car, Zonda C12, in 1999. Horacio Pagani had previously worked at Lamborghini and was a visionary with carbon fiber construction, recognizing the potential for its use in the car world. After Lamborghini turned down Horacio Pagani’s proposal to invest in carbon fiber technology, the young engineer decided to design a car of his own, the Zonda. The Zonda C12 was finally unveiled at the 1999 Geneva Motor Show and immediately impressed journalists with its distinctive lines, remarkable performance, and extraordinary build quality—a combination of desirable traits which has since caused the Zonda to achieve mythical status among the most discerning supercar collectors and enthusiasts worldwide. The Zonda’s lengthy production run of over 20 years is unrivaled in its duration amongst supercar models—yet another testament to Pagani’s exacting and perfectionist approach to product development. In 2007, Pagani introduced their first track-focused model, the Zonda R. As the most fearsome and spartan distillation of the company’s technological capabilities, the Zonda R is truly the marque’s tour de force. Free from race and governmental regulations, the Zonda was designed to be the ultimate driver’s car, offering the ultimate driver experience without any compromise. View Listing The Zonda R’s structure features an advanced iteration of the Zonda F chassis with a carbon-titanium monocoque, a proprietary material developed by Pagani in which titanium and carbon weave are bonded together to benefit from the engineering properties of both materials. The suspension geometry, powertrain, chassis structure, and bodywork were especially developed for the model. All told, the Zonda R’s construction reportedly utilizes just 10% of preexisting parts from the marque catalog. In truth, the Zonda R is almost more of a bespoke creation of its own right as opposed to a road car modified for the track. Although it was built with ultimate performance in mind, the Zonda R's body, interior, and engine bay are nothing short of spectacular. Four projector beam lamps peer out above a massive snout flanked by as many diffusers and spoilers as any car will likely ever see. From the rear, the highly adjustable rear wing and quad tailpipes leave little to the imagination; the Zonda R represents a combination of exceptional engineering and artistic design not found elsewhere. This Zonda R is powered by a naturally aspirated, Mercedes-Benz CLK GTR derived 6.0-liter V-12 engine producing 750 horsepower and paired with a six-speed sequential transaxle which features a multi-disk racing clutch and lightweight magnesium casing. The engine is fed fresh air by a roof-mounted, F1-derived carbon fiber intake channel, and exhaust duties are handled by a similarly inspired set of ceramic-coated Inconel 625 headers. With a fantastic power-to-weight ratio and lightning-quick gear changes, the Zonda R sprints to 60 mph in 2.7 seconds and onward towards a reported top speed over 230 mph. Quite simply, it is truly a track weapon of the most ferocious variety. In fact, the Zonda R still holds the record as the fastest non-series, production-based, gasoline-powered car to lap the legendary Nürburgring Nordschleife, 11 years after Pagani factory driver Marc Basseng recorded a time of 6:47:00 in July 2010. The Zonda R offered here is the fifth of 10 examples produced by Pagani between 2009 and 2011. The stunning exterior is rendered in its exposed, woven carbon fiber bodywork with “tricolore” accents throughout. The car was returned to the Pagani factory under previous ownership and upgraded to R Evolution-specifications, one of very few to receive such treatment. The R Evolution upgrade includes engine modifications which provide a bump of 50 horsepower over the stock configuration, as well as a new set of lightweight magnesium alloy wheels which mimic the finish and pattern of the originals. Downforce was also increased with the addition of a smaller secondary rear wing underneath the standard wing, and the front bodywork was revised with additional dive planes on the front corners. Today, the odometer shows only 1,016 km (~632 miles). The Zonda R offers its driver an unparalleled driver experience without any compromise. The race proved that the V12 engine is arguably the best sounding engine of the current era and combined with the exceptional build quality of the car, the Zonda R is unrivaled. Most Zonda Rs are hidden away in private collections, making public appearances of them exceedingly rare. This Zonda R will surely turn heads and be the center of attention for the next owner wherever it goes. Offered for the first time publicly on American soil, this Zonda R Evolution is undoubtedly one of the most impressive cars of its time. This vehicle is available for private purchase through RM Sotheby’s Private Sales division and will be available for preview during their Monterey sale, taking place 12-14 August. Bianco Benny 2016 Pagani Huayra For Sale - Chassis #67 of...
Presented by Car Cave SRQ - Now offered for sale, Huayra Chassis #67 of only 100 is a stunning example of Horacio Pagini’s cutting-edge design, performance and style Huayra exercise. This car is specced in gorgeous Bianco Benny (Pearl White) with gloss exposed carbon accents and red pinstriping. The Ametista Red leather interior shows like new with gloss carbon and titanium accents throughout what is probably the most gorgeous interior in the automotive world. Delivered new by Pagani of Beverly Hills, the car lived in California for a short term and then spent a few short months in a supercar collection in Pennsylvania. The Pagani then went back to California and was owned by another well-known supercar owner, Marc Haddad. Car Cave SRQ purchased the car from Mr. Haddad in July 2018 through Pagani of Miami. We purchased the car with only 425 miles on the odometer. Chassis #67 now has 922 miles and looks and drives like a new car. This Pagani Huayra has been fully PPF’d on all exterior surfaces to prevent any chips or blemishes. Cradled within Pagani’s own carbo-titanium monocoque is a Twin-Turbocharged Mercedes-AMG-supplied a 6.0-liter V-12. Capable of producing 720 bhp and a monumental 738 lb-ft of torque, this V-12 can hurl the Huayra from 0–60 mph in 3.0 seconds en route to a top speed of 238 mph—handily outpacing the vast majority of production cars on sale today and leaving the previous Pagani Zonda in its wake. The engine screams through the Huayra’s standard Inconel titanium exhaust; its centrally mounted quad exhaust tips are one of many visual details that give the Huayra one of the most distinctive rear fascias of any modern production car. But Pagani is about more than impressive performance; the Huayra is very much a visual and tactile experience as well. Slide behind the wheel, and before even slotting the Huayra-shaped key into the ignition, the driver is greeted with an abundance of carbon fiber, leather, titanium, and Alcantara. Every detail is handcrafted and beautiful. The Huayra offers all the amenities one would expect for a car of this magnitude, but by design each example was meant to be fully customized by its buyer; with a host of available options, colors, and unique accessories, no two Huayras are precisely alike. Please contact Car Cave SRQ with any questions. All trades entertained. View Listing

2017 Pagani Huayra Lampo For Sale
Cars of little important importance are usually listed up for sale with the basics: mileage, a couple of pictures and some other details that buyers may want to know. A nice car will usually have service records included in the listing, as well as detailed images. Collectible works of art, like the Pagani Huayra Lampo, are sold with a story. Much like a commissioned work of art, the Huayra Lampo is 1 of 1, and it is for sale by Pagani Newport Beach. To create such an automobile, the owner approached Mr. Pagani with inspiration from the 1954 Fiat Turbina Concept car:It was Italy's answer to the Jet-Age prototypes that appeared after WWII. Fiat needed a home for its new line of jet turbines, so this coupe was capable of melting anything behind it. In order to build a Huayra as a tribute to the famous Fiat, Pagani teamed up with Garage Italia Customs. It was factory built with the Tempesta Package which made for a solid starting point. The cost and time involved to build this car are hard to contemplate, but it can be your if the price is right. Our friends at Pagani Newport Beach are selling it with only 5 miles on the odometer. The leather has no creases and the big AMG V12 needs a loving home and a proper breaking in.Lampo is Italian for lightning, and Tempesta is a powerful storm. The Huayra itself is named for named for the wind god worshiped by the indigenous people of Mr. Pagani's Argentine childhood. If you can handle the fury and the beauty, the Lampo can be yours. Exposed Carbon Fiber Pagani Huayra For Sale in Florida
Here's a crazy one: a 2014 Pagani Huayra has been listed for sale at Prestige Imports in Miami, Florida. Actually, this shouldn't come as a surprise considering Prestige Imports is actually an authorized Pagani dealership.Named after the Quechua wind god, Huayra-tata, the Huayra is a hell of a car sporting a massive twin-turbo Mercedes-AMG V12 engine that was built specifically for Pagani. This powerplant produces 730 hp that, in cooperation with the advanced aerodynamics, will have the car cutting through the air in a god-like manner.(Also Check Out - The Pagani Huayra Project Vulcan: Created by Dedication) This example dons no paint finish opting for exposed carbon fiber instead. Contrasting against the dark tones of the carbon fiber is red trimming that is found across the car in places like the wheels and side skirts. I might be biased considering the red/black combo is one of my favorites, but this hypercar is downright stunning. If the exterior doesn't give you enough carbon fiber, the interior is also chock-full of the material. The car comes with 995 miles clocked on the odometer, a low amount for a two-year-old car.
