The model with the biggest increase in sales last month, when compared to 2016, was the 911, which had an increase of 14.6 percent. Next up were the Boxster and Cayman models, which saw a 14.2 percent increase. All other models saw a dip in sales, but the overall sales for the month were up by that previously mentioned figure of 0.8 percent.
"With 5,555 deliveries, we set a new all-time monthly record. In particular, our two-door sports cars - the Porsche 911, and the 718 model line - showed impressive double-digit growth versus last year," said Klaus Zellmer, President and CEO of PCNA.
