duPont REGISTRY No. 488 – January 2026

The pace of innovation in the luxury world has never been faster, and yet the things that matter most – craftsmanship, heritage, artistry – remain as vital as ever. That balance between progress and permanence is the heartbeat of duPont REGISTRY, and it’s the lens through which we open this first issue of 2026. Take our cover car, Ferrari’s stunning 849 Testarossa. I’m sure that I’m not alone in my schoolboy crush on Don Johnson’s white 1980s Miami Vice ‘monospecchio’ example, with pillar-mounted side mirror and in-car phone, or the red version in Sega’s video game Out Run. This dramatic 2026 ‘redhead’ looks tailor-made for the mean streets of the future. Buy Single Issue Subscribe Also packing a punch in our BUY section, with a very different market in mind, is the Lamborghini Urus SE. We take this electrified super SUV off-road, to discover how it compares to its ability on the highways. Road tester Michael Teo Van Runkle also gets to pilot the sensational Czinger 21C in our DRIVE category, a phenomenal piece of engineering capable of 253 mph – it’s the closest thing to a jet fighter for the road. I interview a two-time Formula 1 World Champion, as McLaren Racing’s Zak Brown discusses his new biography, Seven Tenths of a Second. He reveals the fine margins it takes to be a winner, and how controlling emotion in business is just as important as on the pitwall. In LIVE, we bring you our annual Aviation Special, which is aimed to guide you towards the very finest in luxury travel solutions, be it via charter, ownership, or membership – plus those must-have accessories. Going beyond the skies, Ed Jones examines commercial space travel, while we also spotlight the major automotive event dates for the year ahead, and take a detailed look at the Miami Concours. Finally, SELL showcases a curated lineup of the world’s most desirable exotic, classic, and luxury automobiles, spotlighting Canepa, while Andrew Riedell reveals the deep history of Ferrari’s Testarossa legend. Whether you’re here to discover your next acquisition, explore the horizon of luxury travel, or simply enjoy the stories behind the world’s most extraordinary supercars, here’s to the road ahead in 2026. duPont REGISTRY No. 487 – December 2025

The Holiday season is a time for joy and reflection – a moment to look back on the roads we’ve traveled in 2025, the milestones reached, and the excitement that awaits just beyond the next bend as we accelerate toward 2026. At duPont REGISTRY, this is when we celebrate the world’s finest automobiles, timepieces, personalities, and experiences – each a reminder that true craftsmanship and ambition never rest. They evolve, refine, and continue to set new standards for luxurious excellence. Buy Single Issue Subscribe Our cover story is the epitome of fine-tuning, revision, and polishing in search of automotive perfection. Kourosh Mansory has been expertly enhancing vehicles since the late 1980s, reaching beyond the regular aftermarket – by starting with Bentleys! He’s blazed a trail for luxury tuners, and his recent work on Bugattis, Ferraris, G-Wagens, Lamborghinis, Maseratis, and Rolls-Royces turns something already special into exclusive works of art. Khris Bharath meets the man in Dubai, along with his new U.S. dealer Farid Santiago Guanuna of Limited Spec Automotive, spotlighting this unique brand’s North American expansion. From the UAE, we move to Italy, where I was one of the lucky few to get a first drive of Maserati’s new MCPura, the 2026 evolution of its MC20 and legendary MC12 bloodline of mid-engined supercars. The hillsides of Tuscany were the perfect place to put this V6 twin-turbo mountain goat through its paces. In our DRIVE section, Michael Teo Van Runkle rips through the canyons of California in Audi’s incredible RS e-tron GT Performance. With over 900 hp on tap, this sub-$200k all-electric quattro clearly has Porsche’s Taycan in its sights. And I meet someone who knows all about Audi – he won seven of his record nine 24 Hours of Le Mans victories with the brand! Tom Kristensen is ‘Mr. Le Mans,’ and he reveals what it takes to succeed in the world’s biggest endurance race. The LIVE chapter features our annual Holiday Gift Guide, including a dozen pages of luxury goods and extraordinary presents for everyone in the family. Finally, SELL showcases a curated lineup of the world’s most desirable exotic, classic, and luxury automobiles, spotlighting Galpin Premier Collection, while Andrew Riedell takes a deep dive into the ‘Van Gogh’ of collectible cars, the iconic Mercedes-Benz 300 SL ‘Gullwing.’ And if you’d like your 2026 to begin in spectacular style, check out Mecum Auctions’ incredible Bachman Ferrari Collection to be offered at Kissimmee in January. Luxury watches are celebrated for far more than their ability to tell time. Collectors and enthusiasts value them for a combination of craftsmanship, heritage, exclusivity, and investment potential. In this issue of duPont REGISTRY, we present 10 pages of complex complications, classic reissues, innovative materials, and tool watches for everyday wear – many of which are closely tied to luxury cars, motorsport, aviation, or iconic figures, lending each watch cultural significance. Limited production runs and bespoke options make certain timepieces highly exclusive, signaling status and taste while serving as wearable art. Whether you’re a horological aficionado or seeking a complement to your car collection and lifestyle, this guide has something for you. Buy Single Issue Subscribe Our cover story reflects one of the stars of Monterey Car Week – Lamborghini’s phenomenal new Fenomeno. I was lucky enough to be on the spot as the covers came off this ultimate expression of what Lamborghini stands for, and just moments after the world got to see it at The Quail, I gleaned exclusive insights from its Chief Technical Officer, Rouven Mohr, about its creation. Meantime, my colleague Michael Teo Van Runkle visited McLaren’s Carmel Valley chateau to quiz its new CCO Henrik Wilhelmsmeyer, and he got more answers than expected about its potential EV and SUV future. In our DRIVE section, Basem Wasef tests out Ford’s new Mustang GTD, which is basically a street-legal version of its GT3 race car. We’ve seen Corvette taking on the European supercar elite recently, so how does its rival American heavy metal hero measure up? Our LIVE section goes beyond our Watch Guide, with a peek into the garages of Miami’s upcoming Pagani Residences. Finally, SELL showcases a curated lineup of the world’s most desirable exotic, classic, and luxury automobiles, spotlighting Lamborghini Palm Beach, while Andrew Riedell casts his expert eye across the major auction results in Monterey. Of course, the appeal of a supercar or a fine watch goes way beyond their mechanics and price tag. Here’s to our treasured possessions which remind us each day that every second counts. In our DRIVE section, the V12 theme continues as I take the wheel of Aston Martin’s new Vanquish Volante. The fastest and most powerful front-engined production car in the world lives up to every ounce of its hype. Monterey Car Week is the automotive world’s Christmas, a celebration of speed, style, and spectacle that takes over California’s picturesque peninsula. From the most exclusive auctions to jaw-dropping displays of exotic, luxury, and motorsports machinery, it’s a sensory overload where it’s hard to say what shines brighter: the mechanical masterpieces or the stunning scenery that surrounds them. Of course, not everyone can be there in person. That’s why this month’s duPont REGISTRY is dedicated to bringing you the essence of this four-wheeled festival. But we start this issue with a groundbreaking reveal from McLaren, as the British supercar manufacturer seeks to underline its recent Formula 1 success with a new attack on the most famous sports car race on the planet, the 24 Hours of Le Mans. Basem Wasef inspects Bentley’s EXP 15 concept, which opens the door to the British brand’s long-awaited entry into the fully electrified space, while Ed Jones commemorates a trio of Shelby American milestones. In LIVE, I get the lowdown on an incredible miniaturization of the first-ever all-Japanese car to win a Formula 1 race, as Honda Racing Corporation partners with world-renowned model maker Amalgam Collection to celebrate the RA272’s landmark success on its 60th anniversary. The real thing is on display at Laguna Seca, part of the Rolex Monterey Motorsport Reunion’s F1 75 display that is explained in detail by its curator Ellen Bireley, while Jordan Aquistapace handpicks the perfect Rolexes to match each of Car Week’s headline events. duPont REGISTRY No. 479 – April 2025 - 40th Anniversary I...

It’s hard to believe four decades have passed since the first duPont REGISTRY magazine graced the world! I remember it vividly – April 1985, when I was just a high schooler, my bedroom walls plastered with dreams incarnate: the Ferrari F40, the Lamborghini Countach, the Porsche 959. Those automotive masterpieces felt so distant, so unattainable. Yet, here I am today, humbled and honored to be a part of the team curating the very magazine that fueled those teenage fantasies. What a journey it’s been! From those early days, with hand-painted covers and a palpable sense of discovery, duPont REGISTRY has remained the touchstone for discerning enthusiasts, a marketplace where passion meets luxury. Our founders recognized the affluence of our readership, stating, ‘We don’t have millions of readers; we have readers with millions.” And those readers, our cherished clients, have become more than just customers – they’ve become part of our extended family. Buy Single Issue Subscribe Over these forty years, we’ve witnessed countless transactions, billions of dollars changing hands, all driven by the same unwavering passion that ignited my own love for these incredible machines. This anniversary issue is a celebration of that passion, a tribute to the legacy we’ve built together. We have lovingly combed through our archives, unearthing treasures from our first edition – a nostalgic trip back to a time when $5 could bring you a world of automotive dreams. While supercars and technology have evolved beyond imagination, our commitment to quality and our dedication to our readers has remained constant. In this issue, we offer a glimpse into the automotive marvels of 2025, from the regal Rolls-Royce Black Spectre to the exhilarating Aston Martin Vantage Roadster and the powerful Mercedes-AMG GT 63. I also had the distinct pleasure of sitting down with Zak Brown, CEO of McLaren Racing, as the 2025 Formula 1 season roars to life, with the papaya army proudly defending their Constructors’ World Championship title – a feat they also achieved back in our inaugural year! Debuting in our SELL section is a compelling new column that delves into the fascinating financial landscape of Ferrari’s halo supercars throughout duPont REGISTRY’s history. And, of course, you’ll find our signature curated selection of the finest exotic, luxury, and classic automobiles available. In this digital age, we firmly believe in the enduring power of a beautifully crafted magazine. Because some things, like the thrill of a perfectly engineered engine and the joy of shared passion, will never change. This anniversary issue is a heartfelt thank you to our incredible clients, our friends, our family. It’s a celebration of our shared history and a look forward to the exciting ventures and opportunities that lie ahead. And a special thank you to our dedicated team in Clearwater, Florida, who pour their hearts into every page.
