Lamborghini’s Super Trofeo racing series challenges drivers to compete in one-make challenges in Asia, Europe, and North America, and the car that they drive is based on one of Lamborghini’s production supercars. For the 2027 season, Lamborghini’s latest supercar, the Temerario, will now serve as the basis for the Lamborghini Super Trofeo race cars. The new Lamborghini Temerario Super Trofeo was unveiled in its final version at the recent Lamborghini Arena event.
After being showcased in a static debut at the Lamborghini World Finals at the Misano World Circuit, the debut of the final Temerario Super Trofeo previews an exciting new season of the Super Trofeo series. Powered by a twin-turbo V8 engine, the new Temerario Super Trofeo boasts 620 horsepower, and it’s paired with a six-speed sequential gearbox with an integrated FIA roll cage.
The advanced aerodynamics of the new Lamborghini Temerario Super Trofeo include a rear fin for cornering stability, a massive swan neck-style rear wing, and various other solutions, and it comes alongside a new suspension arm mounting concept and electro-hydraulic power steering. Replacing the Huracán Super Trofeo that originally debuted in 2015, and was evolved in 2019 and 2022, the new Lamborghini Temerario Super Trofeo opens a new chapter in the history of the iconic series, which will unfold with the start of the 2027 season.
