After over a century of history, Aston Martin has become one of the most prominent and celebrated names in the world of automotive luxury, and more recently, Aston Martin has expanded by introducing its approach to luxury and design to real estate. With a private residence in Japan, a tower in Miami, and other projects across the globe, Aston Martin has elegantly lent its racing, luxury, and performance heritage to projects all over, and now, it’s coming to Brazil and South America for the first time.
A new Aston Martin residential project was announced in Brazil in collaboration with Setai Grupo GP, the largest privately-held real estate developer in Brazil’s northeast. The new project is set to be a 45-story tower, which will make it one of the tallest buildings in the northeast of Brazil, with units ranging from 1,100 square feet to over 3,000 square feet. Its location will be in the city of João Pessoa, the largest city and capital of the Brazilian state of Paraíba. Paraíba is quickly becoming one of the country’s biggest hubs for growth.
Setai Residences Interiors by Aston Martin will feature interiors with design led by Aston Martin, featuring elegant design, premium materials, and engineering reflective of Aston Martin’s historic automotive excellence. Meanwhile, the design of the tower will be set against the stunning tropical backdrop of João Pessoa’s beaches and diverse natural environments.
As Aston Martin’s first residential project in both Brazil and South America, Setai is a strong partner for the storied luxury automotive manufacturer, with over 8,000 residential units delivered across its portfolio. With ultra-luxury heritage behind the design of its interiors, Setai Residences Interiors by Aston Martin in João Pessoa, Brazil, is set to be a new oasis for ultra-luxury automotive enthusiasts.
