Based on the Maserati MC20, the hand-built, one-off Peralta S supercar was the first vehicle to come from GFG Style. Designed by Fabrizio Giugiaro, the Peralta S features a retro-inspired wedge silhouette, nodding to iconic vehicles designed by Giorgetto Giugiaro in decades past. With a hinged canopy in lieu of doors and a polished aluminum body, the Peralta S is a captivating masterpiece of automotive design and coachbuilding, and it now has a counterpart.

It’s called the Peralta D, and it’s a new 2+2 grand tourer based on the Maserati Gran Turismo. The second GFG Style supercar, the new Peralta D continues the relationship between the design house and collector/entrepreneur Carlos Peralta. The Peralta D was unveiled at the 2026 Pastejé Automotive Invitational, a prestigious automotive event held in Mexico on October 24, and it features the same design language as the Peralta S, reimagined as a grand touring coupe.

While the Peralta S is dedicated to Carlos Peralta’s sons, the Peralta D is dedicated to his daughters; hence the “D” in its nomenclature, which also stands for “donne,” or “women” in Italian. The new Peralta D also features a wedge-shaped design, like the Peralta S, but instead of using polished aluminum for the body, the Peralta D uses hand-hammered copper.

Copper and its dazzling color can be seen throughout the vehicle. The glass canopy is specially treated to match the metal body in color, and the interior features copper champagne glasses, stitching in copper thread, and other touches.

The Peralta D also features a hinged canopy instead of a door, but it also features a gullwing-style opening for the rear seats, inspired by the Giorgetto Giugiaro-penned De Tomaso Mangusta of the ‘60s. The interior boasts several unique features that highlight the coachbuilt nature of the car. The front passenger is treated to a makeup station, complete with an illuminated mirror and storage for cosmetics, while the rear center console features a retractable refrigerator that holds a bottle of champagne.

The second GFG Style supercar, the new Peralta D is a continuation of the retrofuturistic design language introduced by the Peralta S, a second coachbuilt masterpiece dedicated to Carlos Peralta’s family and legacy, and a stunning one-off grand tourer in its own right. With its canopy opening and copper exterior, the second GFG Style creation is sure to turn heads just as much as the Peralta S.
