Morgan Aero 8 For Sale

When the Morgan Aero 8 was introduced at the turn of the millennium, it marked a new chapter for the iconic Morgan Motor Company. With a powerful BMW-derived V8 engine under the hood, and a novel approach to its engineering compared to previous Morgan models, it’s an important milestone in the lineup. However, the Morgan Aero Plus 8 is also similar to many of its Morgan predecessors, as well, thanks to its classic-inspired styling and proportions. In the States, the first Aero 8 available was the series 2, which was launched in 2004. A rare and unique sports car, it’s one of the most niche vehicles on the market, and one of them is currently available for sale and listed on duPont REGISTRY, the source for supercars since 1985. This 2005 Morgan Aero 8 for sale is currently available at Specialty Car Collection in West Hollywood, California, and it features a 4.4-liter BMW V8 engine with 333 horsepower, mated to a six-speed manual transmission. Its configuration consists of a Dark Grey exterior color, with a red leather interior and a red fabric convertible top. Accents in the interior include engine-turned aluminum on the dashboard, as well as wood trim. If you’re interested in owning this stunning, unique, heritage-inspired sports car for sale, you can view the price and listing by clicking below. 2010 Morgan SuperSports For Sale

Imagine a proper English grand tourer built with the best parts from every automaker. Now imagine it in your collection, because we are proud to offer this 2020 Morgan SuperSports for sale. Back in 2009, the Morgan Motor Comany wanted to celebrate their centenary in style. In lieu of badges and decals, they decided to build a targa-topped example of the Aero 8. Inspired by their limited production AeroMax, the SuperSports required reinforcements to the chassis to cope with going topless. In addition, the fuel filler, fenders, and trunk were all revised for a run of only 180 cars. Each part of the body and chassis is superformed of high-strength aluminum. After heating, the raw parts are inflated against a mold with a near-vacuum on the other side. The result is a car that is lighter and much stronger than it needs to be. As such, it is easily capable of handling the BMW 4.8-liter V8. Backed by a six-speed manual transmission, you will have 6-Series power at your command. Never straying from their heritage, the artisans cut and formed a layer of ash wood to insulate the cockpit to the chassis and support the body panels. Unlike plastics and carbon fiber, wood is completely renewable and it inspired a certain Chevrolet 2-seater to seek out wood for their floorpans. Each Morgan is built to order and this one has only been driven 2,739 miles. Click the button below for all the details! View Listing
