Pagani to Showcase Four Hypercar Icons at the Upcoming 9t...

Imola, the famed Italian circuit, is gearing up for one of the most exclusive weekends on the European automotive calendar. Scheduled between September 13-14, the ninth edition of Historic Minardi Day will return to the Enzo and Dino Ferrari Circuit, a track etched into Formula 1 history.  Renowned for its high-speed straights and unforgiving corners, the venue first hosted a Formula 1 Grand Prix in 1980 and then regularly from 1981 to 2006. Even today, it remains one of the most technical and emotional venues in motorsport, with the Senna and Villeneuve memorials serving as reminders of its storied past. As for Historic Minardi Day, it launched in 2016 and honors the legacy of the Minardi F1 team, which competed in Formula 1 from 1985 to 2005. The event has since evolved into a festival of motorsport heritage, featuring Formula 1 machinery from various eras, prototypes, GT cars, and single-seaters; while attracting tens of thousands of fans each year. Unlike other high-end and exclusive automotive gatherings, this is one of the few places, along with Goodwood, where you can actually witness both classic and modern race cars at full chat, on a live race circuit.  Now that you have some context, let's talk about how one of Italy’s most celebrated hypercar makers: Pagani, has become a mainstay at the event. It first participated in the 7th edition of the Historic Minardi Day in 2023, bringing the Huayra R, Zonda R, and Huayra Roadster BC to the track, with the newly launched Utopia serving as a static centerpiece.  Last year, in 2024, Pagani doubled down with a static display featuring the Zonda F, Zonda S, and Utopia, while the Huayra BC Roadster dominated the track with its naturally aspirated V12. These appearances have cemented Pagani as one of the event’s star attractions, setting the stage for what’s coming this year. 2025 will be no different with Pagani once again lining up four multi-million dollar hypercars, each model representing a distinct moment in the Italian marque’s evolution. On display: the Zonda F, Huayra Codalunga, and Utopia, while a Huayra Roadster BC will hit the track. The “F” in Zonda F stands for Fangio, the five-time Formula 1 World Champion and founder Horacio Pagani’s early mentor, both having Argentinian roots. Fangio encouraged HPagani to pursue his dream of building a car under his own name and introduced him to Mercedes-Benz, which became Pagani’s engine supplier. Naming the car after Fangio was Pagani’s way of honoring that legacy. With just 50 produced, the Zonda F remains famous for " title="YouTube video" frameborder="0" allow="accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share" allowfullscreen> around the 12.8-mile Nordschleife. Yes, we’ve come a long way since then with several sub-7-minute times at the ‘Ring, but that feat was impressive for its day.  At just 2,712 pounds, its use of carbon fiber, titanium, and Inconel showed Pagani’s early mastery of lightweight engineering. The example coming to Imola, chassis no. 057 is finished in ‘Bianco Benny,’ a one-off color created for Benny Caiola, who became Pagani’s first customer back in 1999. Unique details in the cabin include a Nardi steering wheel, wood trim, and haute horlogerie-inspired gauges. Moving on, the Huayra Codalunga is a five-unit long-tail homage to endurance racers of the 1960s. Weighing just 2,822 pounds, it features a titanium exhaust tipping the scales at only 9.7 pounds. It also features four active aerodynamic flaps. The system Pagani first introduced in 2011. The cabin is just as exquisite, with aged leathers, woven leather-suede details, and exposed carbon fiber.  Then you’ve got the Utopia (below), limited to 99 examples. It packs an AMG-built twin-turbo V12 that produces 864 horsepower and 811 pound-feet of torque. But more importantly, unlike rivals chasing hybridization, Pagani offers you a choice of pairing the V12 to a 7-speed manual transmission, a format long cherished by enthusiasts and now offered by only a handful of exotic car manufacturers. Its carbon-titanium monocoque represents the latest in Pagani’s material science, while aerospace-grade suspension and custom Pirelli P Zero Trofeo RS tires allow the Utopia to deliver handling precision rarely seen in hypercars. Finally, the Huayra Roadster BC will take to the track. With 800 horsepower, 774 pound-feet of torque, and a curb weight of 2,755 pounds, it " title="YouTube video" frameborder="0" allow="accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share" allowfullscreen> in 2020. Developed over four years and tested for more than 186,000 miles, the car earned the prestigious Compasso d’Oro design award. Inside, racing harnesses sit alongside carbo-wood trim and embossed leather, while the six-pipe titanium exhaust delivers an unmistakable V12 soundtrack. If you’re in Europe, seeing it attack Imola live is the kind of experience that could make this event worth the trip. View All Paganis For Sale Source: Automobili Pagani

Pagani Shows Off New Utopia "The Coyote" With Vintage-Ins...

This new Pagani Utopia configuration is inspired by vintage racers. Pagani occupies a unique space in the landscape of exotic cars. Unlike the manufacturers surrounding it, Pagani has a unique ability to combine time-honored tradition and cutting-edge innovation to achieve its automotive excellence. Its low production numbers, classic-inspired aesthetic, and commitment to solutions like V12 engines and manual transmissions appeal to purist enthusiasts, while Pagani’s use of carbon fiber and high echelon of performance has pushed the automotive industry further forward. Its latest example of the “third act” of its hypercar legacy, the Utopia, is one of the most prominent examples of Pagani’s timelessness and historical inspiration in its hypercars, not just because of the Utopia’s V12 engine, artisan craftsmanship, and unique design, but specifically for the livery that adorns the newest example. Pagani Automobili Reveals The Huayra Codalunga Speedster,...

Pagani is back with its newest creation. What started as a dream backed by decades of expertise working with and around the most beautiful and powerful supercars is now a living reality for Horacio Pagani and Pagani Automobili. Since the creation of the first Zonda C12 back in 1992, every Pagani has served as a stepping stone as the brand has evolved into the hypercar powerhouse it is today. And while legends like the Zonda and Huayra paved the way with a number of exclusive models and variations over the years, newcomers like the Imola and Huayra Codalunga have carried on Horacio's vision of what a hypercar looks and drives like. Today, Pagani Automobili just revealed its all-new Huayra Codalunga Speedster as the open-top version of its ultra-exclusive hypercar. Pagani's Huayra Codalunga Speedster draws on the spirit of post-war prototypes, longtail race cars, and a time when performance and luxury didn't meet. Horacio Pagani and his Grandi Complicazioni team set out to build something that pays homage to the past while remaining timeless. The result is a stripped-back design with cleaner lines, a more artistic presence, and a purposeful lack of the dramatic aero components that flood today's automotive world. The shape of the panoramic roof, the low side windows, and the tapered rear feel subtle but intentional. The whole thing seems more interested in being driven than being noticed, which is refreshing for a modern hypercar. Inside, that same mindset carries throughout the cabin. The interior features handpicked materials like stitched leather and polished aluminum, with custom embroidery that you notice more the longer you look at it. The embroidered seat fabric alone, stitched with over 450,000 individual threads, quietly proves how far Pagani goes to build something meaningful. There's also a modest nod to old-school craftsmanship, from the gear lever's shape to the steering wheel's wooden touches. And despite being open-top, the Codalunga Speedster doesn't feel like it's been carefully considered, inside and out, as a hypercar that can both be driven casually and comfortably or at 200+ mph. Under the hood, the 6.0L twin-turbo V12, built with Mercedes-AMG, delivers 864 horsepower and 811 lb-ft of torque to its rear wheels. It's paired with a 7-speed gearbox from Xtrac, available with either an automated setup or a traditional manual for those who prefer something more mechanical. The real appeal lies in how it delivers the performance, which is raw but refined, aggressive but not loud for the sake of it. The chassis is all carbon and titanium, the suspension is fully active, and the brakes are race-grade Brembos. Pagani Automobili describes the Codalunga Speedster as responsive, light, and deeply analog. Only ten of these will be built, each shaped by a collaboration between the Pagani team and individual owners. But for all its rarity, the Huayra Codalunga Speedster is a reminder that cars can still be personal, still be shaped by history, and still be made for people who want to feel something unique behind the wheel. This year, Pagani is bringing some of its latest hypercar masterpieces to the Goodwood Festival of Speed, displaying them both at the event’s Supercar Paddock and Pagani’s official stand at the festival. The Pagani Huayra R Evo Roadster, the open-top version of Pagani’s incredible track-only Huayra R Evo hypercar will take on the famed Hillclimb, allowing guests to witness the thrill of its performance and the 9,200 rpm rev limit of its V12 engine. Both the Utopia Coupe and the Utopia Roadster will be on display at Goodwood this year, as well. The Pagani Utopia Roadster will be showcased in a Verde Mara livery, inspired by a model car that Horacio built in his youth. The inside is finished with Cacao braided leather. Another Pagani Utopia Roadster will be finished in Rosso Habanero exposed carbon fiber. In addition, the delivery of one of the 99 Pagani Utopia Coupes that will be built will take place at the festival, completed in Azzurro Sardegna with a Blu Tricolore leather interior. Pagani Preps For The Huayra R Evo Roadster Debut At The M...

The Huayra R Evo Roadster is set to make its grand debut at the MIMO Milano Monza Motor Show. Held in the heart of Italy’s automotive capital, the MIMO Milano Monza Motor Show is a relatively new but fast-growing event that combines city-center vibes with motorsport energy. First launched in 2021, the open-air showcase takes place throughout Milan’s historic streets and the legendary Autodromo Nazionale Monza, drawing in crowds of over 50,000 collectors and enthusiasts. This year, Pagani Automobili will take part in the MIMO Milano Monza Motor Show from June 27th to 29th, with an incredible display of hypercars that represent the future of the brand and its role as a leader in the industry. Those in attendance will have access to the Utopia and Huayra Codalunga inside the Autodromo Nazionale Monza paddock area. The most anticipated moment will take place on the track as the Pagani Huayra R Evo Roadster will make its first public event appearance as part of the exclusive Arte in Pista program. View All Pagani Hypercars For Sale Huayra R Evo Roadster The Huayra R Evo Roadster is Pagani’s latest entry in its track-only lineup, drawing clear influence from the longtail Le Mans competitors of the ’60s and ’70s. With an open cockpit, it resembles an era when drivers were more exposed to the elements and to the risks. Its V12-R Evo engine, developed with HWA AG, brings significant power, braking, and stability improvements, making it the most capable version yet. The aerodynamics have been reworked to deliver a 45% increase in downforce, but nothing about the car feels overdesigned. It’s a track weapon through and through, designed for purists who crave the sound, feel, and focus of driving at the limit. Huayra Codalunga The Huayra Codalunga is one of the rarest hypercars to come out of Pagani, with just five built by the brand’s Grandi Complicazioni division. Its longtail design draws clear inspiration from 1960s endurance race cars, and the overall look leans into simplicity with matte finishes, smooth surfaces, and muted colors replacing the usual flashy supercar aesthetic. Inside, the cabin sticks to that same restrained approach, with aged leather, textured suede, and custom woven materials that pay homage to traditional Italian coachbuilding without trying too hard to impress. Utopia The Utopia kicks off the third chapter in Pagani’s story, and it does so with just 99 examples slotted for production. Its design channels the curvy, romantic shapes of the ’50s and ’60s but with a modern edge that’s all Pagani. Every detail feels clean, focused, and built purely for the joy of driving. From the naturally aspirated Pagani V12, crafted by Mercedes-AMG just for this car, to the analog gauges and old-school seven-speed manual, it’s all about creating a raw, lightweight driving experience that stands apart from today’s high-tech norm. Lake Como is known for its stunning vistas and glittering water, as well as historic, beautiful, and luxurious destinations throughout its shoreline. Those two events are the iconic Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este, and FuoriConcorso. Both are taking place very soon, and Pagani, one of the world’s most prominent and coveted manufacturers of stunning hypercars and one of the most revered names in Italian automotive design excellence, is coming to both events with its incredible creations. For those unfamiliar with Pagani Unico, it's a bespoke workshop that handles updates and customizations for customers who dream of further personalizing their hypercars without any limits. Inspired by Asia's breathtaking Kunlun Mountains, the owner of this Pagani Zonda Roadster commissioned the Unico department to reimagine its exterior in exposed matte blue carbon fiber with white accents. Extra carbon aero, including canards, a roof scoop, and a rear wing setup, completely transform the already-impressive Zonda into a true artistic masterpiece. And while its all-new look will certainly command attention on any road or track, its performance is what really makes it a force to be reckoned with for any competitor. The Pagani Zonda features a hand-built 7.3L Mercedes-AMG V12 that produces an impressive 750 horsepower and 575 lb-ft of torque. With Pagani offering its clientele the option of returning to the factory for an OEM refresh, we can't wait to see what else will roll through the doors of the Unico workshop.
