Bugatti has released new footage across its social channels showing construction progress on the Bugatti Residences by Binghatti, the French marque's first branded residential development, rising in Dubai's Business Bay district.
The video tracks the tower's abstract form rising against the Downtown Dubai skyline, with the Burj Khalifa in the backdrop and Sheikh Zayed Road, the arterial highway running the length of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), passing a stone's throw from the site. Two noteworthy figures that surface in the video: 13,196 non-standard stainless steel panels, and 8.5 miles of stainless steel facade in total.
The construction approach mirrors the coachbuilding philosophy that Bugatti applies to its hypercars. The development comprises 171 Riviera Mansions and 11 Sky Mansion Penthouses with amenities spanning a Riviera-inspired beach, private pool, jacuzzi spa, fitness club, chef's table, private valet, and a members club, alongside two garage-to-penthouse car lifts. The Sky Mansion Penthouses go further: each is served by private car lifts that will deliver a resident's Bugatti directly into the residence.
duPont REGISTRY has followed the project since May 2023, when Bugatti highlighted why it chose Dubai for its first residential venture, through the official unveiling and the lifestyle collaborations commissioned to furnish it.

Sales have matched the ambition of the build. Brazilian soccer superstar Neymar Jr. purchased a Sky Mansion penthouse for $54.5 million in 2024, and earlier this year, in January, the project even set a record with a $150 million penthouse sale. The project also featured in duPont REGISTRY's list of the world's most luxurious automotive-inspired residences.
Dubai is not short on landmarks, real estate projects and branded automotive developments have become a category of their own, with every new project competing to outdo what came before. Binghatti is also behind the Mercedes-Benz Places masterplanned community, which duPont REGISTRY covered in a feature exclusive from its Dubai launch earlier this year.
