After decades around collectors, Juan Manuel Fayen noticed a clear dividing line: some people simply acquire, while others preserve. Juan’s perspective was formed early through his own father’s deep connection to the golden era of motorsport, racing across Europe, South Africa, and Latin America, an upbringing that framed exceptional cars as both objects of desire and as vessels of memory, ingenuity, and legacy. In that mindset, ownership may be transactional, but preservation is generational: what’s cared for today, in a meaningful way, is ultimately being protected for tomorrow.

Today, with Collection Suites already in operation, we continue to evolve the project with the opening of Collection Suites 2.0 Miami in February. This next chapter is driven by an active collector community and real demand—raising the standard for how collections are protected, experienced, and shared. Palm Beach will follow in early 2027, carrying the same conviction forward.
