Pagani Residences Unveils Its Two Ultra-Rare Penthouses - Each Paired with a Utopia Roadster

In Miami’s luxury landscape, where scarcity and identity are the new currency, Pagani Residences introduces an offering designed for the true collector. The first-ever residential project by Horacio Pagani, founder of one of the world’s most coveted hypercar marques, the tower rises as a 30-story, 70-residence statement of design, precision, and legacy in North Bay Village, an island enclave now entering its own era of elevated refinement.

The two duplex penthouses, priced at $30 million and $28.5 million, set record-breaking pricing for North Bay Village, establishing a new benchmark in the area’s luxury market. Each residence spans up to 12,200 square feet across two dramatic levels, with 13-foot ceilings, private elevators, and expansive terraces framing the Miami skyline and Biscayne Bay. Approximately 40% of the tower’s residences have already sold, many to existing Pagani owners—collectors whose automotive portfolios often exceed $50M+. Horacio Pagani himself plans to reside in the building.

Inside, the penthouses are curated by Pagani Arte, echoing the craftsmanship found in Pagani’s hypercars: chevron oak parquet with metal inlays, sculptural travertine staircases, Schiffini Magistretti kitchens with penthouse-exclusive Gaggenau appliances, and a 365-bottle wine wall designed for display as much as function.

But it is the experience that sets these penthouses apart. Each buyer will receive the opportunity to acquire a limited-edition “Miami Edition” Pagani Utopia Roadster, offered with a private atelier visit in Modena to collaborate directly with Horacio Pagani on both the vehicle and residence customization. A private in-building garage bay is also available, underscoring the dialogue between home and Hypercar.

Residents enjoy access to a rooftop sky lounge, wellness spa, cabanas, cold and hot plunges, and dedicated white-glove services.  Pagani Residences start from $3.7 million. Learn more at www.paganiresidences.com.
