Upon its first release to the automotive world, the Tesla Cybertruck quickly became one of the most desirable new cars on the market, evening trading upwards of $100,000 over MSRP. And while most customers waited patiently for their factory orders, A-list celebrities and top professional athletes seemed among the first to secure Cybertrucks nationwide. The team of professionals at Chicago Motorcars is proud to showcase Philadelphia 76ers Kelly Oubre Jr.'s personally-owned 2024 Tesla Cybertruck as part of its extensive inventory of exotics for sale on duPont REGISTRY. Dubbed the Signature Tsunami Cybertruck by the NBA star, the AWD Foundation Series configuration comes finished in a saint black wrap that protects its damage and bullet-resistant stainless steel alloy body. These Are The Big Differences Between Tesla's Cybertruck ...

We did the digging for you! What's the difference between a Cybertruck and a Cyberbeast? With an extra cool name and a $39k up-charge over its base starting price of $57,390, it's left future owners and enthusiasts asking the question today. Before you click to order and secure your allocation for Tesla's first EV pickup truck, let us break down the key differences to help make your decision even easier. Performance Showcasing the same futuristic look across the entire Cybertruck series (except for wheel options) with a wedge-shape, stainless-steel design, Tesla focused all of its upgrades around performance and functionality. While the Cybertruck rolls off Tesla's production line with a 600 horsepower dual-motor system that tops out at 112mph, the Cyberbeast delivers 50% more acceleration g-force using an 845 horsepower tri-motor. This translates to a blistering 0-60mph time of 2.6 seconds (Cyberbeast) over a still-impressive time of 4.1 seconds (Cybertruck). The Tesla Cyberbeast even comes with a BEAST Mode that pays homage to the original Ludicrous Mode used in the Tesla Model S and X platforms. With more power comes less range, which is why the Cybertuck comes out on top with a 340-mile range next to the Cyberbeast's 320-mile battery capacity. Functionality As we move onto the subject of mechanical differences, this is where Tesla flexes its functional muscles. Being that the Tesla Cybertruck is intended to perform the daily tasks of an everyday pickup truck, the AWD Cybertruck is fitted with both front and rear-locking differentials and individual wheel torque vectoring to raise its towing capacity to 11,000 lbs. The Cyberbeast only features a front-locking differential but fulfills an identical towing capacity thanks to the tri-motor's 10,296 lb-ft of torque. Whether you always have performance in mind or rather be more range-conscious, choosing between the Tesla Cybertruck and Cyberbeast is a winning choice. Shaquille O'Neal Takes Delivery Of His New Carbon Widebod...

With an energetic personality as big as his massive 7'1" stature, Shaquille O'Neal has grown into an A-list celebrity with an impressive Hollywood resume alongside his successful 19-year career in the NBA. Shining in the spotlight through movie and TV show cameos throughout the years, it's more than apparent that Shaq has a passion for collecting cars. While height does pose the problem of owning supercars, Shaq has put that statement to rest after buying and modifying a silver Ferrari F355 Spider with extra legroom. This weekend, Shaquille O'Neal took to his Instagram page to give fans and followers an exclusive look at his brand-new Tesla Cyberbeast, customized with a list of upgrades that make it a true one-of-one build. Starting at the exterior of Telsa's EV pick-up truck, Shaq opted for a stealthy gloss black vinyl wrap over the manufacturer's factory raw aluminum finish. The body itself is upgraded with the first-ever carbon fiber widebody kit for the Tesla Cyberbeast, giving it a more aggressive appearance while adding more contrasting geometry to the truck. In addition, the front and rear bumper also feature custom "CyberDiesel" decals in Tesla's Cybertruck font. If the bright red headlight or matching underglow didn't grab your attention, the custom 26-inch black Forgiato wheels and off-road tires sure did. The interior remains factory in its minimal and spacious layout as Shaq needs no further interior upgrades for leg room or head space. Now with a brand new, one-of-one Tesla Cyberbeast in his fleet, courtesy of Effortless Motors, Shaq can now casually cruise South Beach in his custom EV truck. Watch A Gold Tesla Cybertruck Race A $3M Koenigsegg Agera

TheStradman pits two very different high-performance machines together. Known for his diverse and unique collection of supercars, TheStradman has one of YouTube’s most interesting automotive channels. In a new video, however, he brings two cars with very different approaches to performance together to see which one is the fastest. One is the Koenisgesgg Agera, a celebrated and well-known hypercar with a V8 engine, lightweight construction, and engineering innovation that defies convention, pushing the entire automotive industry forward. The other is the Tesla Cybertruck, which is similarly pioneering by being a heavy pickup truck that uses electric power to boast formidable, surprising performance. Together, the two were present among other hypercars for a gathering at a drag strip where all of the performance cars in attendance could be put to the test. One of the most intriguing pairings was the Cybertruck and the Agera. The hypercar crossed the finish line quicker than the iconic electric pickup truck. Still, it was a surprisingly close match thanks to the Cybertrucks’ immense power and innovative electric engineering. Despite the Agera being roughly a decade old as a model and Koenigsegg introducing new models since, it still has incredible performance as a hypercar that few other vehicles, both old and new, can replicate. Why Did Elon Musk Really Build the Cyberbeast?

Now that Tesla’s Cybertruck rolls among us mortal Earthlings, and the amped-up variant, the Cyberbeast, is available at auction, it’s time to take a step back and refresh the question: Why did Elon Musk build the Cybertruck? There is the obvious first answer: Musk loves to make a splash, which can mean antagonizing, trolling, and annoying. But more frequently, Musk making a splash means succeeding at what might seem like an impossible task—and doing it with the flair of a matador. The Cyberbeast is the height of flair. And it entered the marketplace almost exactly as we first saw it in 2019: Which is to say, so utterly off-the-charts wild that I thought to myself, “This thing is actually pretty punk rock.” By bringing it to the market, Musk gets to push his narrative, which is a bit like an executive version of the middle finger: Doubt me at your own risk! And he also gets closer to his true goals. The real reason he built this truck, according to sources who know, is two-fold: First, Musk wants to kneecap the F-150, America’s top-selling vehicle for 41 consecutive years, and steal Ford’s $40 billion revenue bonanza. He moved Tesla to Texas, the global epicenter of the pickup truck, and will spend his life trying to steal Ford’s bread-and-butter, as well as their main course, dessert, and digestif. Second—and this is no joke—Musk fully intends to drive the Cybertruck on Mars. That’s his stated intention, and into focus pretty clearly when you dive into Cybertruck’s details. This is the car that Musk is going to take to Mars. Looked at from that perspective, the insanity of the design, the peculiarities, the choices he made, appear almost rational. What would a Mars car require? Mars has a challenging environment, to say the least: It is damn cold, has hurricane-force dust storms, and impossibly rough terrain. A vehicle designed for Mars—one just like the Cyberbeast, would need to be robust enough to handle these conditions. Check. Features might include enhanced battery life for long-distance travel, solar power integration for energy independence, and a pressurized cabin to protect occupants from the thin Martian atmosphere. Advanced life support systems and autonomous navigation—the list of Martian needs goes on, and each line up nicely with the Cyberbeast’s specs. It also has all-wheel steering, making it maneuverable for that rugged Martian surface. Why is the Cybertruck built around a stainless steel exoskeleton? The steel, which has been the object of some ridicule on social media for susceptibility to corrosion, is the same HFS (SpaceX-speak for “Hard F***ing Steel”) used in the construction of SpaceX’s rockets. So if a Cyberbeast flies to Mars, its structural material is interchangeable with the vessel in which it arrived. Need repairs? No problem. All that an operator needs to do is swap out the seals, et voila: a Mars-ready cockpit. I remember way back to 2019, when Tesla’s lead designer, Franz von Holzhausen, tossed a ball-bearing and notoriously smashed the Cybertruck’s window in a “botched” demonstration of the truck’s armor-plated glass. What might have looked like a mistake at the time, may very well have been intentional. Musk understands guerilla marketing as well as anyone in the world. Since that moment, the Cybertruck and armor plating has been seared in our enthusiast brains; after a couple years pass, the details of the armor plating become vague. The Cyberbeast at auction now can take a 9-mm round. Musk alludes to the von Holzhausen incident in one of the Cyberbeast’s many easter eggs: tap the window of the Cyberbeast profile on main display screen five times, it shatters, then you hear Elon’s voice: “Awww, man! It didn’t go through.” As always in the world of Elon Musk (so far), the joke is on the doubters. Bid Now On The World's First Tesla Cyberbeast Auction

The First Tesla Cyberbeast Auction Is Now Live

Did you wonder if the Cybertruck was real? When it was first announced five years ago, I doubted it. No way this bizarre creature makes it to public streets. Clearly, I was wrong. Not only it is real, but it lives up to its bizarre throwback-to-futurism name. The Tesla Cybertruck may be the most divisive production vehicle to hit the streets in over a decade. And just weeks after the first CT orders were filled, a voracious subset of Teslarati is now taking delivery of the Cyberbeast, a steroidal variant that feels drawn straight from Elon’s veins. Now, SOMO has placed the very first Cyberbeast up for a no-reserve auction. This is a Foundation Series Cyberbeast, which means it’s one of the first 1,000 made, and it has logged just 50 miles since it was purchased. The “beast” part of the name means that it’s three-motor sleeper version of the dual-motor Cybertruck, and the gnarliest version of a pickup truck that continues to transfix—out of love or out of hate—what seems like the entire world. With a posted range of 320 miles on a charge, this stainless steel clad ‘Beast’s three motors generate 843 horsepower that rocket all 6,901 pounds of Muskian madness from 60 mph from a standstill in 2.6 seconds (that’s quicker than a 2019 Porsche 911 GT3 RS). And because the Cyberbeast is technically a pickup truck, we should mention that it can tow 11,000 pounds. The Cyberbeast is a marvel of radical innovation, unique engineering, and something like punk rock design. The steering wheel is a small yoke, which is linked to a steer-by-wire system, which is itself wired into an internal "etherloop" network that Tesla claims dramatically reduces the amount of wiring needed for communication among the various subsystems in the truck. The central 18.5” “Infinity Display” is the portal to the infotainment center and just about every controllable surface on the truck, as well as the drive modes, which include Extract (16 inches of off-road ground clearance), and, of course, Beast mode, which is the Cyberbeast’s version of “Plaid,” and allows for that “ludicrous” acceleration time. In the folding second row of seats, there’s a 9.4” display for passengers. Dual subwoofers and 15-speaker audio fill out the truck’s Armor Glass greenhouse. There’s also an anti-apocalypse HEPA filtration system. The interior is swaddled in all-weather interior liners, a divided cabin gear locker. In the truck bed, there is a secure tonneau that pairs with D-ring and L-track hardware. In the event that your house goes dark, this Cyberbeast has 120- and 240-volt outlets to keep the party going. The 20” rims are blacked out and mounted with model-specific Goodyear Wrangler Territory RT tires. The near-delivery mileage means the owner likely just puttered around his yard: this Cyberbeast is offered in new condition with all included accessories. We applaud SOMO and this seller for having the courage in this very young auction market to go with no reserve. For the buyer who missed the boat on putting down a deposit, it’s a perfect opportunity to jump to the front of the line. Bid Now

Tesla Cybertruck Snow Main

Watch The World's First Tesla Cybertruck On Snow Tracks T...

Get ready to witness the first Tesla Cybertuck on a winter off-road adventure. While it seems like it's taken forever since its initial debut into the EV world, the Tesla Cybertruck is finally here and they've been seen on social media driving on roads all around the country. And while many have been trying to be the first to do things like tint or a custom wrap, custom vehicle builder Dave Sparks (@HeavyDSparks) is taking things to a whole new level with how he's prepped a Tesla Cybertruck for the ultimate winter adventure. Known for his support in helping with off-road recoveries and having fun in the Utah mountains with friends like David "Diesel Dave" Kiley, Cleetus McFarland, Whistlin Diesel, and Roman Atwood, Dave figured a Telsa Cybertruck on tracks seemed to be the perfect idea for more fun in the snow. Dave and his team have prior knowledge of how to fit snow tracks on vehicles that wouldn't normally need them, like a lifted ex-school bus that has since been converted into the ultimate snow cruiser. And just like that, the guys managed to custom-fit four extremely wide, traction-grabbing snow tracks on Elon Musk's first Tesla truck. Now is the time to start thinking of your hypothesis when considering the outcome of an electric venturing through deep Utah snow. As we wait in anticipation for a HeavyDSparks YouTube video on this, we congratulate him on being the first to upgrade a Tesla Cybertruck with snow tracks.
