Cadillac electrifies its performance lineup.
Cadillac recently revealed the Opulent Velocity Concept, which showed off the possible potential of Cadillac’s V performance lineup with Cadillac’s trailblazing electrification. Now, Cadillac is announcing that the V-Series is going to include an all-electric model, which is set to debut soon: the 2026 LYRIQ-V.
The new all-electric 2026 Cadillac LYRIQ-V is set to launch early next year, and it will launch in select global markets, including the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, with both left-hand drive and right-hand drive versions. It will be the first all-electric V-Series model, and the second V-Series SUV. More markets are set to be announced later.
The V-Series is celebrating its 20th anniversary, having spent two decades combining luxury and performance in a uniquely American way, with icons like the Cadillac CTS-V, XLR-V, CT6-V, and most recently the Cadillac Escalade-V. With the addition of the new 2026 Cadillac LYRIQ-V, the V-Series is entering a new electrified era after 20 years.
