Something wild just hit our inbox. Ginetta has been building English race cars since 1958. They have also been a supplier of fiberglass and carbon fiber bodies for manufacturers around the world. Now they are taking on the world, as Ginetta confirmed a new 600 horsepower supercar for sale.
Their customers have achieved podium finishes in the European LeMans Series and the British Touring Car Championship. In the past, they have used various Ford V6 and four-cylinder engines. But the press release this morning includes a shocker. A new 600 horsepower V8 and a sequential transmission will be built in-house.
