RM Sotheby’s has just wrapped up their 15th annual Hershey auction at the Hershey Lodge during the Antique Automobile Club of America’s (AACA) Eastern Division Fall Meet and has posted some incredible results. During the two-day event, the auction accomplished $12,984,210 in sales and had an incredible sell-through rate of 98 percent. Classic and historic cars were the focus of this auction, and the top ten highest sellers are a clear picture of this. In fact, if you look at the list down below, the “newest” car in the list of ten is a 1970 Mercedes-Benz and the oldest is a 1904 Winton. The top spot belongs to the extremely rare 1931 Duesenberg Model J Roadster “Green Hornet” that sold for $1,650,000. You can see the entire list down below. RM Sotheby’s next event will be its annual London auction on November 6 and the auction of The Guikas Collection at Paul Ricard Circuit on November 19.
