With automotive experiences gaining popularity, there are many to choose from. However, they are not all equal, especially those looking for a more high-end or luxurious event. For Luxury Rally Club, they have set the bar quite high for niche, luxury experiences with their recent Carrera GT Rally. This extraordinary event was designed for the legendary Carrera GT supercar and, of course, the owners of the car.

It’s rare to see such an iconic and unique car like the Carrera GT amongst others of its kind but the Carrera GT Rally saw 10 grouped up for an experience of a lifetime. In fact, the only other cars to partake in the rally were support vehicles that were on hand to assist the rally-goers. While the cars were a magnificent sight to see, it’s the overall experience of this rally that really set it apart from others.
For the Carrera GT Rally, the event started off on Sunday, May 27th, when the attendees gathered at the Alila Napa Valley, California. The day continued with cocktails being served and everyone enjoying the many Carrera GTs in attendance. From there, the rally enjoyed a fine dining experience at the luxurious hotel where everyone had a chance to get excited about the week ahead together.
It was on Monday, May 23rd that the Carrera GT Rally set off from the Alila Napa Valley and made its way through a stupendous day towards dinner at The French Laundry, a Three Michelin Star restaurant. Before the magical dinner, the rally cruised the Shoreline Highway to Hog Island Oyster Co. for a waterfront lunch and had a chance to relax.
For dinner, the entire rally was treated to a once-in-a-lifetime dining experience at The French Laundry, recognized as one of the best restaurants in the entirety of the United States. While it’s difficult enough to procure a seat at this restaurant, it’s even more difficult to reserve the entire establishment. However, that’s exactly what the team at Luxury Rally Club did for the Carrera GT Rally. Being able to offer transformative stops along the rally is what sets LRC’s events apart from the rest.
The next day, Tuesday, May 24th, the Carrera GT Rally departed from a second night at the Alila Napa Valley hotel to Bahtenta Grill where beautiful views of the valley and delicious foods were had. After lunch, the rally took off for Hotel Healdsburg where they would spend their last night of the experience. Before saying farewell on Wednesday, however, the attendees were treated to a stunning dinner at Aperture Cellars.
At the beautiful Aperture Cellars, the attendees enjoyed dinner while awards were handed out for the rally. This winery was a perfect endpoint for the lavish rally as its surroundings are picturesque and the grounds were ideal for photographing the gang of Porsche Carrera GTs. But, of course, all good things come to an end as the rally ended the next morning.
Although the Carrera GT Rally has ended, that doesn’t mean it’s all over as the team at Luxury Rally Club is gearing up for even more events. As they should be after receiving rave reviews from their rally attendees. Here are just a couple of testimonials for those who partook in the Carrera GT Rally.
“Thanks Luxury Rally Club for putting together the best rally I’ve been on! We enjoyed Northern California to its finest. I am impatiently waiting for the next one!”
Jimmy Prountzos
Luxury Rally Club, put together a Carrera GT rally that dreams are made of! His team, the routes, and the dinners surpassed all our expectations. When’s the next one!?

We expect to see many more experiences from LRC in the near future, as well as even more attendees with great things to say. LRC founder Trevor Johnson notes that they’re currently planning on several events around Monterey Car Week and then a Mercedes-Benz 300SL rally that will see up to 50 examples of the classic automobile attend. Be on the lookout for what’s next from Luxury Rally Club.
