The hanger is the result of years of development and the relentless effort by a global team to seamlessly integrate an organic design with complex engineering. Renderings, clay models and redesigns gave way to Class A surfacing and an engineering concept with more than 20 parts. 3-D computer-aided design and virtual simulation optimized the precision of these parts achieving moving gaps with tolerances of 0.1mm and no visible fixings. Today, six sigma practices control 10 different processes required to build each hanger, alongside 200 in-process critical measurements to deliver unsurpassed quality.
Beneath its sculpted form and inner workings, another detail is tucked into the hanger’s DNA. As the hook rotates through 4 lock-in positions, a distinct sound, or voice, is heard. This voice requires a measured balance between eight intricate components, synchronized perfectly to create the voice of luxury.
