The Ferrari 488 Pista “Piloti Edition” was unveiled last year as a celebration of AF Corse’s #51 car after its dominating performance in the 2017 FIA World Endurance Championship. Only factory-supported drivers were able to order this special edition Ferrari, making it a rare supercar right off the bat.
Even though this car may be a rare gem, Florian Merckx, a Ferrari racing driver, posted up a picture of a Ferrari 488 Pista “Piloti Ferrari” Edition on his Instagram account. However, this seems to be the first time we’ve seen an example of this car in the Nero Daytona finish. It’s truly an incredible sight. Other colors that are offered for this special edition include Argento Nurburgring, Blu Tour de France, and of course, Rosso Corsa.
