While many multi-national companies have put production on pause, there is light at the end of the tunnel. We’re starting this week off on a positive note thanks to FCA. Italy has been hit hard by the virus. Instead of panic, the Agnelli family has chosen to expand their already significant efforts. That’s why we’re glad to tell you that Fiat-Chrysler has expanded their relief efforts.
Starting with the production of masks, their initial goal was 1 million masks per month. Donations to hospitals and First Responders, they have uncapped production to make as masks as possible. The second, and probably best part of the new plan is providing One Million meals for school children across the U.S. Based on the lowest income neighborhoods close to FCA plants around our nation.
