The Raptor name is known for being attached to Ford’s off-road performane-oriented vehicles like the F-150 pickup truck and the Bronco SUV, however, Ford has announced a new Raptor model for the 2024 model year. This time, the smaller Ranger pickup truck is getting the Raptor treatment, and like its other Raptor counterparts, it’s got what it takes to deliver serious off-road performance and thrills.

To make it worthy of the Raptor name, Ford has made the new Ranger Raptor the most powerful and off-road capable Ranger yet. Its 3.0-liter EcoBoost V6 engine boasts a total of 405 horsepower and 430 lb/ft of torque, and shocks from FOX make challenging terrain a breeze. Being a turbocharged engine, Ford also implemented an anti-lag system that enables on-demand boost in Baja Mode. With a luxuriously-appointed interior that features unique Raptor touches and a large, convenient infotainment screen, as well as a bold and intimidating signature Raptor exterior design, the new Ford Ranger Raptor fits right into the respected Raptor family.
