Lamborghini’s new racing driver has quite the resume.
Lamborghini will soon be making an epic entrance to the top class of endurance racing with a new LMDh car, which will debut in 2024, and next year, starting at the 24 Hours of Daytona in 2023, the Lamborghini Huracan GT3 EVO2 will be raced by a racing team that is the result of a partnership between Lamborghini and Iron Lynx. However, the exciting near future of Lamborghini’s racing efforts just got even more exciting, as the Fighting Bull brand has announced that ex-F1 driver Romain Grosjean will be at the wheel of the Huracan GT3 EVO2 as Lamborghini’s newest factory driver at next year’s 24 Hours of Daytona.

Grosjean’s racing history includes time with F1 racing for Renault, Lotus, and Haas, as well as time with IndyCar. It’s because of his varied racing experience that he will also be a test driver, joining Caldarelli and Bortolotti in Lamborghini Iron Lynx’s LMDh car, debuting in 2024.
