Lamborghini’s wild new concept arrives in the virtual world.
Starting as a small, experimental video game and blossoming into one of the world’s largest and most innovative virtual platforms, Roblox has become a world of its own and an important staple in the digital age, and Lamborghini’s latest collaboration with Roblox is further proof of that. At the center of the new effort is the Lamborghini Lanzador, Lamborghini’s new avant-garde all-electric GT concept revealed during this year’s Monterey Car Week.
The immersive 3D experience allows Roblox users to get an up close and personal look at the Lanzador, its innovation, and its place as a vision of Lamborghini’s future as the staple Italian supercar manufacturer celebrates its 60th anniversary. On the topic of Lamborghini’s 60 years as a purveyor of supercars, the experience also offers a deep dive into that very history, with a virtual replica of the Automobili Lamborghini Museum available to explore.
Users can configure their own Lanzador example, and experience it by competing in virtual time trial races with their customized cars. Digital merchandise related to the collaboration is also available, and for 1.5 million Robux, an exclusive Lamborghini Bull Head, limited to only 3 pieces, is available, which comes with a real-life opportunity to visit Lamborghini headquarters in Sant’Agata Bolognese, Italy.
The VIP tour is said to include a close look at the Ad Personam Studio, and Museo Automobili Lamborghini, where the real-life Lanzador resides. In Roblox, and possibly in real life, you can celebrate Lamborghini’s history and experience its stunning vision of the future.
