Lamborghini Tests The New Revuelto At The Nürburgring

The new Lamborghini Reveuelto has generated quite a bit of buzz in the automotive world. That’s because the revolutionary supercar is Lamborghini’s first plug-in hybrid flagship, and pairing its electric system with a V12 engine, it’s capable of an unthinkable 1,001 horsepower, a 2.7-second 0-60 time, and a 217-mph top speed. While there’s no doubt that the Revuelto is an amazing supercar, the bottom line when it comes to any performance car is finding out how well it performs on a track. While the Revuelto’s advanced aerodynamics and “monofuselage” carbon fiber monocoque suggest it will rise to the occasion, Lamborghini appropriately decided to put it to the test at one of the most respected race tracks ever: the Nürburgring.

In a compilation of videos posted by YouTube channel Varryx: you can see and hear the Revuelto going all-out on the ‘Ring, flying through the straightaways with its hybrid V12 power, and using its various systems and performance-focused engineering to bolt through the various tricky corners. While the Revuelto’s introduction spelled the end of Lamborghini’s flagship supercars sporting a “pure” naturally-aspirated V12, the videos still show off the incredible engine note of the Revuelto’s naturally-aspirated V12 engine. With an excellent show put on the Nürburgring, the automotive world now has its first taste of the new Lamborghini Revuelto’s formidable performance potential.
