This rare engineering masterpiece could be yours.
The Lexus LFA was a groundbreaking supercar. Relatively new to the luxury automotive space, Lexus introduced itself in the early 1990s by sending shockwaves with engineering excellence and luxurious elegance. However, it wasn’t until the late 2000s that Lexus fully flexed its performance muscles with the introduction of its flagship performance car: the LFA.
Unlike anything Lexus had ever done before, the LFA held a naturally aspirated V10 engine under the hood. With 553 horsepower, and an engine note that remains one of the most celebrated in the world courtesy of development with Yamaha, it remains one of the most revered supercars ever made.
Only 500 Lexus LFAs were made, and coming on the scene as collector-grade masterpieces, the allure for cars like these, especially in a time when the automotive industry is changing so rapidly, has only grown. It is very difficult to find a Lexus LFA for sale, and duPont REGISTRY is the place to look, having been the source for supercars since 1985.
Listed for sale is this 2012 Lexus LFA, which is number 249 of 500 cars, and it’s available at Miller Motorcars in Greenwich, Connecticut. Boasting the iconic white paintwork of the Lexus LFA, the interior reveals a rare configuration, with red leather accents, as well as red brake calipers outside, interrupting the elegant monochrome black-and-white color scheme, adding a performance edge.
In true time-capsule fashion, it also comes complete with two keys, accessories, the accompanying literature, and a battery charger. If you want to have one of the greatest pieces of modern automotive history in the world in your garage, click below to view the listing.
