Lexus’s incredibly popular crossover is evolving.
The Lexus RX is one of Lexus’s most popular models, and for good reason. For nearly 25 years, the RX combined the poise and comfort of a luxury sedan with the practicality and capability of an SUV, and customers fell head over heels. Since then, the ethos and design of the Lexus RX have spread to competitor brands throughout the industry, and crossover SUVs with the Lexus RX’s ethos blossomed into a popular and fiercely competitive segment in the automotive industry.

Lexus intends to stay on top, which is why a new generation of the RX has been announced, and Lexus will unveil it on May 31 at 8:00 PM Eastern Time. Thus far, the only look we have at the car is of a new take on the Lexus Spindle Grille that seems to fade into the rest of the car. The popularity of the Lexus RX means that this new generation of the SUV has high expectations to live up to, but as we know by now, Lexus usually delivers.
