Maserati’s latest one-offs combine the Italian luxury of the Trident and fine wine.
First created in 2002, Il Bruciato is both a wine and an ode to Bolgheri, a unique and geologiaclly beautiful region for winemaking. The wine is made at Guado al Tasso Estate, which is owned by Marchesi Antinori, one of the world’s oldest and most revered winemaking families. In a new collaboration with Maserati, Marchesi Antinori and Maserati’s Fuoriserie bespoke customization program have created a new series of one-offs based on Maserati’s Grecale luxury SUV, called Grecale Tributo Il Bruciato.
Capturing both the renowned Italian luxury and heritage of Maserati and Il Bruciato wine, the collaboration is the beautiful result of the know-how and expertise of Maserati’s ultra-luxurious Fuoriserie bespoke department and that of the winemaking experts behind Il Bruciato. The design of the Tributo Il Bruciato is inspired by the stunning nature of the vineyard at grape harvest season. Alchimia Scarlatta, the exterior color of the one-off series, uses Chromaflair pigments to create a dazzling finish reminiscent of red wine in motion in a glass.
Special 21-inch wheels contribute to the unique aesthetic of the SUV, and the leather interiors feature tan and dark red upholstery, with dedicated “cannelloni” (ribbed weave) details, and an embroidered headrest logo in dark red. A panoramic sunroof and a 14-speaker Sonus faber sound system make the Grecale Tributo Il Bruciato’s luxury stand out even further. A beautiful homage to a characteristically luxurious Italian wine, and a bespoke take on Maserati’s iconic luxury SUV alike, the new Maserati Grecale Tributo Il Bruciato is a masterclass in Italian luxury excellence.
