Instead of flying a McLaren F1 Team flag on the property, the Newport Beach homeowner was able to pull some strings and have Lando Norris’ McLaren MCL60 race car craned into the front yard. McLaren took to its Instagram to share a few photos and videos, taken by @z3photos and @gt3sonly, of how the multi-million dollar F1 race car was strategically maneuvered from the alley to the lawn.
The McLaren MCL60 quckly went from a #6 ranking with 22 starts this season to the main attraction of a holiday home decoration, making it the ultimate F1 house this Christmas. Proudly displayed next to the sidewalk, overlooking the breathtaking gold coast, bystanders are able to catch a glimpse at Lando Norris’ four-wheel office in quite the unfamiliar territory.
