Mercedes-Benz brings its icons to a winter wonderland.
St. Moritz is known the globe over for being one of the most opulent and desirable ski destinations, and each winter, its lake freezes, providing the perfect venue for an aptly-named automotive event: the I.C.E. (International Concours of Elegance) St. Moritz. Taking place on February 23 and 24, the event is set to feature four iconic Mercedes-Benz vehicles, and celebrate the legacy of the iconic Mercedes-Benz S-Class.
Two of the models, provided by Mercedes-Benz Classic, are predecessors of the S-Class: the 1963 300 SE touring race car, and the 1971 300 SEL 6.8 AMG, one of the cars that helped begin the legacy of the AMG name, especially by winning the 1971 24 Hours of Spa.
In addition, the 1960 300 Cabriolet D and the 1958 300 SL Roadster are also going to be at the event. With their beauty, history, and important contributions to help create the Mercedes-Benz that is known and celebrated as a luxury manufacturer today make them perfect additions to this unique concours event.
With historic cars, timeless luxury, and a venue that can only be accessed when the lake is frozen, Mercedes-Benz is bound to make the 2024 I.C.E. St. Moritz a truly spectacular event, one of the most interesting gatherings on the automotive calendar.
