The cinematic depiction of racing’s most epic series is about to come to fruition.
Formula 1 is the world’s most prestigious racing series, and to many, the most intense, as well. With incredibly fast cars that represent the pinnacle of racing engineering, hard-working teams, and a small cohort of the world’s greatest drivers, F1 features incredible highs and lows, both for fans and those that are in the mix. In recent years, the glamour, international panache, and profile of F1 has grown even larger than before, and a new F1 film, starring Bradd Pitt and directed by Joseph Kosinski, will tell a story from inside the glitzy sport.
The new movie is set to be released in theaters this June, days before this year’s Austrian Grand Prix, and the official trailer for the film has been unveiled as this year’s Formula 1 season has kicked off. The story sees a driver, played by Brad Pitt, whose F1 career was tragically cut short come out of retirement to coach new talent.
The new trailer gives fans a closer look at the movie and its story than ever before, with the anticipation continuing to build before the film is released in June. With the real-life Formula 1 season for 2025 officially underway, and a captivating new film on the way created in collaboration with FIA, 2025 is going to be an incredibly exciting year for Formula 1.
