As Lamborghini celebrates its 60th anniversary, it began a very important new era with the introduciton of a new plug-in hybrid flagship supercar: the Revuelto. With 1,001 horsepower, it adds plug-in hybrid technology to its V12 engine to create an unprecedented new performance benchmark for Lamborghini. However, it wasn’t Lamborghini’s first hybrid. That title belongs to the Lamborghini Sian, an Aventador-based supercar that boasts 808 horsepower and features styling, along with engineering that would serve as a precursor to Lamborghini’s new hybrid era.
