When the engineers at Fiat-Chrysler first considered dropping the Hellcat Hemi into a truck, they never could have foreseen this. Earlier today the 2021 Ram TRX Mammoth 6×6 Hellephant was unveiled by Hennessey Performance. Using the same recipe that underpins their other 6×6 trucks, this beast will arrive with 1,200 horsepower sent to six wheels. Since the stock block and heads are not up to the pressure, MOPAR will provide 3 Hellephant 426 Hemi crate engines to Hennessey headquarters in Sealy, Texas.
Not only will it be the most exclusive build in their history, but it will also be their most expensive truck. Due to the time and skilled labor needed to build such a beast, it will set you back $500,000. That includes a new donor truck, 7-liters, three Dana axles, all-new suspension, Hennessey forged wheels, fabricated bumpers, LEDs, their all-stainless exhaust, and Brembo brakes.
