AC Cars adds an absolute sensation to its Stateside launch.
Internationally, the new AC Cobra GT has already been steadily building a reputation of a revived AC Cars that combines the classic, unmistakable charm of the manufacturer’s classic creations with the modern engineering innovations of today’s highly competitive arena of performance cars. Recently, AC Cars America LLC was launched, bringing that anticipated revival to the States, where the AC Cobra built much of its cherished legacy. However, immediately after that launch, AC Cars decided to announce something even more exciting: the new AC GT SuperSport.
A new limited-production model from the historic brand, the new GT SuperSport features the same classic charm and robust V8 power of the Cobra GT, except with dialed-up performance and thoroughly enhanced aerodynamics for a once-in-a-lifetime thrilling driving experience. Only 25 hand-crafted examples of the GT SuperSport are set to be made, and each will carry an eye-watering price tag, starting at $550,000.
AC Cars America says that each example will be the result of close consulation with clients to assure that each example is a unique, bepsoke masterpiece, and deliveries of the GT SuperSport are set to begin in 2027. With as much as 1,025 horsepower on tap, the GT SuperSport won’t just be rare, but rather, it will be an undeniable performance sensation with looks that are a blast from the past. With its blistering performance, cherished legacy, and unmistakable classic charm, the new AC GT SuperSport is set to be a new collector-worthy sensation.
