Pininfarina has been known for decades thanks to their famous designs created for brands like Ferrari, Alfa Romeo, Lancia and other automakers. Now, the Italian company is taking on another venture as Automobili Pininfarina, a new car brand aiming to create electric, ultra-luxury cars.
In a recent release from Automobile Pininfarina, we learned that the first car out of the company is coming soon. Codenamed “PF0,” this car will be created in very low quantities and is described as an “ultra-luxurious fully-electric hypercar.” During the Monterey Car Week in August 2018, Automobili Pininfarina will be giving private viewing of PF0.

Automobili Pininfarina also announced in the release that they have appointed new members of its Board of Directors. The new board members include:

- Dan Connell – CBO
- Luca Borgogno – – Design Director
- Anika Rose – Human Resources Director
- Marcus Korbach – Sales Director
- Paolo Dellacha – Product and Platform Director
