    2025 was a landmark year for us as we celebrated our 40th anniversary. A milestone that allowed us to reflect on our heritage while firmly planting our flag in the future of the luxury automotive world. The attractivity and success of the group was confirmed by several capital raises from new investors, the launch of new technology and AI products and the transformation of the group in preparation for a major step in 2026.

    2025 concludes with a resilient US used automotive market: $1.2T in total sales that continues to grow and led by digital and data first companies gaining significant market shares.

    The luxury landscape is evolving as well and while the broader luxury market navigates shifting economic tides, the "Top-Tier" luxury segment remains a fortress of value. These strong tailwinds apply to the luxury car market and have been confirmed in the recent report from BCG:

    • A market with strong CAGR over the next 10 years.
    • A market where customers have a strong appetite for digital transactions and live experiences.

    Our group has found success by doubling down on what matters most: Trust, Brand, Technology, and Community.

    2025: A Year of Realized Vision

    This past year was defined by turning our 40th-anniversary promises into tangible results:

    • The AI Revolution in Collecting: We successfully integrated our proprietary AI and data platforms, providing our community with real-time valuation insights and a personalized "digital garage" experience that has redefined how enthusiasts manage their collections. The duPont REGISTRY Garage app, launched in October, is available to download here and present instant valuation of collectors’ assets based on our proprietary data and technology.
    • Petrolicious & Storytelling: Following our acquisition, Petrolicious has reached new heights, producing cinematic content that bridges the gap between classic heritage and modern performance, garnering record-breaking engagement across our platforms.
    • The Power of the Ecosystem: To Canossa Events and Cavallino, we’ve added Cars on Fifth and Super Car Owners Circle, all participating in our customer strategy and completing our "360-degree" lifestyle approach. We don’t just list cars; we facilitate the purchase, the financing, the insurance, the transport, and—most importantly—the world-class events where those cars are driven.
    • Market Leadership: With our curated listings now exceeding $25B in value for 2025, we have solidified our position as the ultimate global destination for the luxury-driven lifestyle.

    Looking Ahead to 2026: A Seamless Excellence

    In 2026, our focus shifts from expansion to integration. Our goal is to make the luxury car ownership journey as effortless as possible: We want to give our clients the gift of time and convenience.

    • A Unique Online Auction Platform: We launched duPont REGISTRY Live at the end of 2025 with a disruptive value proposition - 100% sell-through and 14-day return policy - differentiating us from the competition. We are already seeing great success and will continue to expand with new exclusive cars as well as new products that will blend digital and live auctions.
    • Community Expansion: We will continue to expand the footprint for our physical events to bring the duPont REGISTRY Group experiences to more cities worldwide.
      • Retromobile the oldest classic car show in the world offering since 1976 all classic car enthusiasts and collectors a place to enjoy their passion is now coming to New-York.
      • Cavallino Classic Monaco will launch in 2026, celebrating the racing DNA of Ferrari and dedicated solely to F1 Ferrari in one of the most prestigious, glamorous and high-end places in the world.
    • The Next Frontier of Personalization: Using the data insights we capture every day, we will continue to personalize our clients’ experience adding new products and AI services.
