Koenigsegg Automotive AB has confirmed that a new Agera RS crashed during testing. They say that the new supercar, known as Agera RS Gryphon, was undergoing shakedown testing when the driver lost control due to wet conditions.
As to who was testing the car, Koenigsegg noted this in a blog post regarding the crash: "The testing was being performed at facilities owned by National Electric Vehicle Sweden (NEVS). Koenigsegg is using NEVS facilities for testing, test driving and to prepare its cars for the US market, in parallel with its own testing facilities in Ängelholm."
