Polestar brings GeoGuessr inside its cars.
Showing players vague street views of different locations, and tasking them with searching for any clues they can to figure out where in the world that street view is from, and competing for whose guess is closer is the premise behind GeoGuessr, a viral sensation that has taken over the casual gaming world. Now, Polesetar, the rapidly growing Swedish electric vehicle manufacturer whose burgeoning lineup combines Scandinavian luxury design with EV innovation, has introduced a special version of GeoGuessr to its cars.
In the new GeoGuessr Polestar edition, Europe’s best driving roads are showcased in the game, and Polestar’s Digital rear view mirror feature also comes into play, showing off the feature and adding the challenge of showing the world in reverse. The collaboration showcases the potential for driving excitement behind the wheel of a Polestar, and the spirit of adventure, exploration, and learning about the world that Polestar and GeoGuessr share.

To launch the collaborative project, Polestar and GeoGuessr are launching a competition across Europe alongside the 2025 GeoGuessr World Championship Finals in Copenhagen. The winner of the competition will win a special trip to Polestar’s headquarters in Gothenburg, Sweden, along with a full test-track day with a professional racing driver. The Polestar Edition of GeoGuessr is available now on desktop and mobile devices, as well as inside Polestar cars using the built-in browser of the electric luxury car as part of a growing offering of digital experiences available for Polestar vehicles.
