We drove the updated version of the luxury SUV pinnacle.
Despite being one of the most recent additions to Rolls-Royce’s lineup and the first SUV the historic ultra-luxury manufacturer has ever produced, the Rolls-Royce Cullinan became an instant hit among luxury vehicle owners and remains one of the most excellent and opulent luxury SUVs on the market. However, Rolls-Royce revamped the Cullinan for the 2025 model year, refreshing it and updating its styling, technology, and personalization potential.
On the stunning Balearic isle of Ibiza, we got the chance to get behind the wheel of the new Rolls-Royce Cullinan Series II, as well as its Black Badge Cullinan Series II counterpart, and see just what the new version of the literal Rolls-Royce of luxury SUVs has to offer, basking in the glory of one of the world’s premier summer destinations.
Besides a revised look throughout, including prominently changed headlights, the Series II Cullinan offers the option of equipping a bamboo fabric-upholstered interior with 11 miles of thread woven into a beautiful twill in lieu of leather. In addition, its digital instrument cluster can be configured like that of the Spectre, and a new set of 23-inch wheels required the recalibration of the SUV’s shock absorbers.
With a price tag expected to start at $450,000 for the Cullinan Series II and over $500,000 for the Black Badge Cullinan Series II, what do we think of the new revamp of the ultra-luxury SUV icon? Click below to read our full Rolls-Royce Cullinan Series II first drive review.
