Cutting into an electric car can be hazardous to your health. But never denying a customer’s idea for something unique is how Ares Design transformed a Tesla Model S into a 2-door convertible. Based in Modena, their coachbuilders deleted the roof, b-pillars, and doors. After first crafting a decklid by hand, a fabric top and an elegant frame were fashioned to fold away for a roadster look.
