Called the Code 11.59, the new series runs the gamut from simple timepieces to complicated watches. They feature a round case with double-domed sapphire crystal. This 41mm 18-carat white gold Code 11.59 Selfwinding Chronograph further features polished and brushed case sides and a rich blue lacquer dial. Even the chronograph subdial is blue lacquered and there is an inner blue lacquered bezel. The Caliber 4401 offers an instant-jump date indication. The Lab series is where Corum experiments with different technology, materials and designs. The case of this blue version is made of Damascus steel, which offers a unique patterning that comes into play during the heating of the steel. The case sides are in rubber, as is the strap. In fact, Eberhard is the Chronometer and Official Partner of that Grand Prix. As such, the brand regularly creates tribute timepieces in honor of his legend. This Tazio Nuvolari Chronograph Legend watch is a retro-inspired automatic watch with black dial and center spiral tachymeter scale. The scale is offered in km/hr format. The newest fluid watch from HYT is a play on being in the here and now. Just 25 pieces will be made of this avant-garde skull design. The dial of each watch is created using titanium and is drilled with nearly 1,000 tiny holes in order to spell out the number for each hour. The dial is also comprised of 313 18-karat gold pins to achieve depth and dimension. Instead of the second’s hand appearing in the left eye as in some HYT watches, the words soon and now appear. As with all HYT watches, the liquid fluids indicate the time. Measuring 48.8mm in diameter, the Soonow is water resistant to 50 meters.
