Automobilists and yachters alike are sure to swoon over retired race car driver, Johnny Gray’s, $32.5 million listing that just hit the market last week. The insane 30,000-square-foot sprawling estate is sited on a double lot, which is almost unheard of in its private enclave. The listing is also the largest and most expensive ever to be offered in the area. It has 365 feet of protected water frontage to accommodate a megayacht, as well as a garage that can fit more than 25 cars.

Tucked away in the exclusive Admiral’s Cove neighborhood of Jupiter, FL, the trophy property was built by Sebastian Smallegange of Turtle Beach Construction in 2016. It is now listed with Robert Thomson of Waterfront Properties and Club Communities.

The home took about two years to complete and was built with watertight, mold-proof materials at a high elevation. Gray purchased the listing in 2013 for $7.34 million and spent additional millions to tear down the existing house and turn it into his dream home with every amenity he could imagine.

Parking for his vehicles was obviously a priority for Gray, reflected in the expansive climate-controlled, 25+-car garage. Black and white checkered granite floors adorn the space, which is equipped with three double lifts, a mechanic’s lift and air hoses throughout. There’s also space for a 45-foot-long motor coach. Although the home is being offered fully-furnished, unfortunately the cars aren’t staying, says Thomson.

Oversized loggias with televisions, a resort-style pool with swim-up bar, sunken kitchen, spas, bridges, waterfalls and fire features all overlook the Intracoastal. Inside, there are six bedrooms and ten bathrooms, including a master suite fit for royalty and five additional suites with custom baths. Luxe amenities and high-end materials are featured throughout the home, along with fine finishes and fixtures.

Notable rooms are the custom theater room designed by an associate of George Lucas, which doubles as a safe room and features a twilight sky, a pub-style bar and game room with aquarium, and a trophy room.
