Girard-Perregaux Laureato Absolute Rock Now Available

Girard-Perregaux has just announced that their new Laureato Absolute Rock is available for purchase. This watch was first unveiled at the Salon International de la Haute Horlogerie back in January of this year. Since then, watch collectors have been waiting patiently to get their hands on the new watch.

There are many aspects that make this watch unique, but the standout has to be the Carbon Glass. Through a complicated process that involves extreme compression and super high temperatures, the carbon glass is created. Girard-Perregaux chose this material because it guarantees full water resistance. Additionally, they were able to add blue fibers into the carbon fiber mix which resulted in a stunning appearance.

Only 100 examples of the Girard-Perregaux Laureato Absolute Rock will be created with a price tag of $16,000. Click here to find a retailer.
